We had a lovely stay at Polikandia. The proprietor, Dimitris, was extremely welcoming and generous. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the location, as it is only a few minutes walk into the center of the Chora. We also appreciated the free shuttle from the port, which is about a 5 minute drive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is dated, could do with some maintenance- especially the rooms, bathrooms. It is very close to Chora and as such very conveniently located. However it is too expensive for what it was.

Great place to stay! This hotel was wonderful. It was small so even when it was full you did not feel like it was over crowded. The pool area is beautiful. And the hotel is steps from the town making it easy to walk in for meals or to shop. It was a little way from the port but the front desk arranged all our transports to and from. Everyone was so nice and we really felt comfortable and relaxed.

Very nice hotel within short walking distance of Chora main square . Rooms were clean & comfortable. Nice view of church on hill top from pool area and some rooms . They offer free transportation from ferry port . Would recommend and would stay here again if back in Folegandros.
Just a short walk from the city center you find this well designed little piece of luxury. Absolute fabolouse rooms, nice view to the church on the mountain top (a must visit at sunset) and a very nice pool area. The pool is never over crowded, and there is a pool bar serving cold drinks and snacks.
The structure is very beautiful, but the breakfast is not up to 4 stars as there are no croissants, there are slices of toast but there is no toaster, little choice in general.
