Communication before with Nikos was very good . Easy walk from livadia beach. Our studio was spacious,clean and comfy . Good kitchen area to make your own breakfast etc . Shower is very good and actually has a hook on the wall . Wifi is super fast .
The balcony was great to sit and watch the view
Nikos was always around to help with anything we asked . There are lovely shops and restaurants to walk to near by . It was so good we stayed for two more nights . Greece at its best would love to come again .

Big and very clean apartments in a relaxing area surrounded by Tilos landscape .Nikos and Irene are very welcomed and friendly and I am looking forward to stay again at their hotel next year

We are staying in a large, clean, airy room, with a small balcony and private parking, ideally located in Livadia, a 5-min walk from the beach. Love it!

Wonderful, friendly little family owned and -run apartment hotel. Well equipped spacious studios in quiet surroundings a stone’s throw from the beach and downtown Livadia.
