Communication before with Nikos was very good . Easy walk from livadia beach. Our studio was spacious,clean and comfy . Good kitchen area to make your own breakfast etc . Shower is very good and actually has a hook on the wall . Wifi is super fast . The balcony was great to sit and watch the view Nikos was always around to help with anything we asked . There are lovely shops and restaurants to walk...

Big and very clean apartments in a relaxing area surrounded by Tilos landscape .Nikos and Irene are very welcomed and friendly and I am looking forward to stay again at their hotel next year

We are staying in a large, clean, airy room, with a small balcony and private parking, ideally located in Livadia, a 5-min walk from the beach. Love it!

location is perfect! the people running the place to it with all their heart and love! it’s very clean, breakfast is great and the rooms are really deluxe. the island is very laidback, a very different place then the crowded Kos or Rhodos.

The hotel is located right by the sea. Two bedroom apartment has the most wonderful sea view. Everything is very clean. Hospitality by Kiki was exceptional, such a hard working lady, always ready to help with anything. Very good quick WiFi works in the room and on the beach. Can't wait to come back to Dream Island next year

It was one of the best relaxing vacations ever. The location is great, a five-minute walk from the port. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Spotlessly clean! Ask for the tasteful Greek salad and the well made cocktails! The family that runs the hotel are lovely - all of them are super friendly and incredibly helpful!

Not a typical resort. Good spacious rooms with friendly service. Literally 10 metres from the front door to the water. Livadia is very quiet(end of August) and Dream Island is the last building on the shingle beach, so very tranquil. Plenty of beds and umbrellas since they have only 11 apartments. They don't appear to be open for service in the evening, but in 10 mins you can walk past everything Livadia...

Beautiful and clean family hotel located in Livadia about 5 minutes from centre directly on the beach. Rooms are very comfortable with good equipment. Owners and staff are excellent. Breakfast and lunch delicious. Nice place for relax. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel straight at the waterfront. Very hospitable personnel. I`ll give it five stars on a price/value basis. The cleanliness was extraordinary. Only very minor flaws. The shower cabinet a little flimsy, and breakfast limited, but good and served at the table. Sun beds on the beach also leaves a little to be desired, some sort of mattress would be nice. Also worth mentioning is sun warmed...

A few minutes walk from the harbour. Typical Greek style decorated accommodation beachfront hotel with loungers and parasols. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, maybe due to seasonal availability.

If you are staying in Tilos, stay at Hotel Eleni! Excellent hospitality and quality rooms/breakfast. This place has everything you need for a perfect beach get away. Relax all day on the lounge chairs under a personal umbrella, dip in the ocean, hose off outside, drink a beer with some calamari or Greek salad, and repeat. Staff was very accommodating and helped us get scooter to see the whole island...

One of the best hotels over the island. I strongly suggest it for families or even young couples. Mr Michalis was so helpful about anything and the rooms (super clean)are so close to the beach. The views are amazing and you could sleep and hear the waves in the background. As a local (living in Rhodes half of my life) i strongly suggest for bookings and peacefully nights over the island.

The stay was great. The view is simply picture perfect but the real treat was Marina!! She is absolutely fabulous, helpful and kind. Definitely a must if staying in Tilos!!

The staff were amazing As was the hotel Cat - the hotel was lovely (although maybe the bathrooms are slight dated but everything is functional and comfortable. Air con was great. What happened to the pizza that is mentioned on the internet - they don’t serve food the rest of the day only breakfast. There are so many places to eat a very short walk to the beach and town- great location. They were great...

It's a hotel with italian administration. Its days of glory have long passed. The premises are from 70s or 80s. If you found it in a low prise (we paid 30€ per night in mid August- breakfast included) then it will be a value for money choice. Otherwise try to find something better.
