Located about a 20 minute stroll from the town Dapia through little winding streets these apartments are an amazing base. Not modern but authentic Greek set around a courtyard and gardens with the inviting pool at its centre. Clean comfortable rooms, a good continental breakfast selection and very friendly staff who do their upmost to make sure you have a relaxing holiday. (Happy wife happy life...

Great stay at Vanas. Nikos, his family & his staff are extremely kind. Don’t let other reviews scare you when they mention the distance to the town: we have a 4 month old baby and we walked up and down several times a day without problem.

Great spot in a quiet area, 10min walk from all the action. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the beginning to the very end. Highly recommended!

Perfect Everything was perfect. Free transport from Port to Hotel and the opposite. very comfortable with swimming pool. 2 bedrooms which it was very convinient. The day we left they change the mattresses so the next customers will sleep on a brand new one. The only negative was the breakfast. Itwas little poor. It could be much better

A run of the mill, no thrills, standard class old apartment. The service was amazing, we were extremely satisfied with the people who worked at Vanas. Very helpful and accommodating. The location is a bit far from the main port and it's all the way uphill but the owners gave us a ride on their van the first time we arrived. The pool is very clean. Our third visit to this gem of a hotel in lovely Spetses and definitely not the last one. While the rooms are a bit small (remember, this is a *** hotel, no resort!) the place is relaxed, offers a rather big pool, and an amazing breakfast selection. Unfortunately there is an extra charge for espresso coffee, but given the reasonable room rates, you can live with that. Martha and Katerina are the kind...

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful little bar area beside the pool, the breakfast was delicious. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect.

Excellent location in Dapia, 5 minutes from the port and several shops and restaurants. A 20 min walking to the old port. Small family-run hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. Clean room, a little small. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast on the terrace by the pool. The pool is ideal for a late swim after a tiring day at the beach or sightseeing. Fantastic little boutique hotel. Outstanding service from the friendly staff. Great little pool bar for an afternoon drink and a 2 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of the port. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful garden setting in a great location a block up from ocean. The friendly staff, owners/managers were very attentive to our every need. We highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely hotel on a quiet street. Centrally located near port and convenient to everything. Pool is refreshing after a warm, dusty day exploring. Nice bar in garden setting and good breakfast, but the outstandingly friendly and helpful staff set this hotel apart.
