The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent

The best hotel in spetses! Excellent location, good rooms, fantastic breakfast, and very, very good service. The concierge ladies go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our state was perfect.

The service is top-notch, the breakfast is delicious, the cleanliness is aesthetic, and the historical value is excellent. You can ask any question and it will be resolved immediately.

A really nice older style hotel. Rooms small but have spectacular views on the water. Best thing is the direct sea access with bar and food on your doorstep. Out of town which is ok , a good walk or local bus

It still is though, one of the best choices in Spetses, with great view from the rooms, its private "beach" and excellent service

Excellent Boutique Hotel right in the heart of the new Port on Spetses. 2 mins walk from where the ferry comes in. First class hotel which looks after you, Great breakfast which fills you up for the day

Had the best time here for a week - cannot recommend it enough.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the beach is conveniently located just outside the hotel, and the restaurant and bar are relaxed and offer everything you might be craving, whether that's Greek food classics, a club sandwich, or a dirty martini

A short trip with friends to enjoy this beautiful island. The hotel was perfectly located away from the noise of the downtown. It was situated on the seaside with lovely views and sunrises. Rooms were adequate and clean

Well, I didn’t like as my room had a fold out couch. What gave you hardly any room once it was folded out to get to the bathroom terrible design

The breakfast was outstanding! The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out. Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

Martha and Katerina are the kind of receptionists you would love to take home with you ! If you do not fancy the ferry trip from Piraeus, they can arrange a limo trip from ATH airport to Kosta were you can take a water taxi that will bring you to the square in front of the Poseidon hotel, just 100 m from the Armata

This was a lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful garden setting in a great location a block up from ocean. The friendly staff, owners/managers were very attentive to our every need. We highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful little bar area beside the pool, the breakfast was delicious. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect.

Eating on the splendid terrace with barefoot under the trees and facing a golden sea is one of the highlights in spending good time in hydra ! Whatever you will order it will rejoice your eyes and your palate … so fresh are the salads and quite consistent, greek mezze are done in the authentic way and fish on the grill are the freshest and juiciest

This hotel is a gem with wonderful rooms that have been beautifully restored. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the inclusive breakfast is delicious, varied, home cooked and plentiful

We spontaneously decided to visit Leonidio for a night and drove the beautiful drive from the Stoupa area to Gythio to Areopoli through the mountains and stunning mountain village Kosma

What makes this small hotell an extraordinary place is the staff’s friendliness and the special breakfast with homemade cakes, and fresh local produce. Oh, and the beds are so comfy!

The clock tower strikes at the hour and half hour throughout the day but ceases at 10pm and restarts at 6am! That was a bit of shock after the first night! Access to good waking along the coast of Hydra and island day hoping should you want to

Gorgeous views of the town and port from my spacious suite. Lots of steps up the hill, but that is part of the charm of Hydra. The staff is excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and engaging

We had a wonderful stay here in Hydra. We chose the room with the balcony overlooking the town and sea - it was definitely worth it! The room was very spacious, with a small kitchenette, including a fridge and kettle

The breakfast is at the sister waterfront hotel on the roof top. Was way better than I expected. Made to order and all included. The whole town is built into the hillside so this place does need good mobility

Grace knows everyone in Hydra, her recommendations were wonderful, our accommodations were next to the market, Cathedral, hospital and close to the harbor. we can't say enough about our stay

Would absolutely recommend here. The location is top notch! Can walk from the ferry with suitcases no need for Porter/donkey. Right next to a grocery store if you need anything

Bed was a little too hard for my preference, pillows were nice. Room had a Nespresso machine, sink, and large mini fridge with freezer. Very spacious with nice high ceilings and great AC

This is an extremely beautiful place with a fantastic view of the idyllic but very busy little harbour below. The view never gets old and this is what you are getting here

It’s a little awkward, hardly any plug sockets and then in weird places, the coffee machine is at floor level in a little cupboard and worst of all was the bed. I’m not a good sleeper at best

It is charming in overload, Kallisti and her team do a very good job of making sure the magic happens. Everyone is lovely, very helpful and friendly and unlike a previous reviewer we had no problems at all with the WiFi

The fishermen’s boats come and go at all hours of the night and again all is so loud when the window is open - the air con is super efficient but also super loud and could do with an update

Yes one can moan about the slight lack of 5 star comfort but this an old building on a little island - it is charming, it is beautiful and it is just delightful

The rooms are spacious and historic - each room has its own vibe and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and you are able to have it in the charming courtyard

(Cats are, however, not an endemic problem for this hotel, the entire island is flooded with cats and donkeys, so, do not go to Hydra if you are allergic to cats

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. When I checked in , I thought I had paid a lot for it however there is a real charm with this hotel and basically all of Hydra is expensive so it’s probably inline

If I could give Leto Hotel a 10 start rating I would. Nestled just steps away from downtown Hydra, the Leto Hotel is an amazing boutique hotel. It has fantastic charm, the staff is super nice and management is amazing

Lovely stay on beautiful Hydra Lovely accommodation walking distance from port. Balcony views and close to restaurants. Only comment is that evening was cool , but only thin sheet and bedcover provided.

The location is in the old town in the maze of streets slightly uphill from the ferry. Good luck finding it without Google Maps. During my stay only bed was offered and no breakfast.

I absolutely loved staying here in Hydra. Visited two years ago and stayed in a pensione around the corner. It was clean, and they made me feel like I was a part of the family. I had a great view from my balcony

I concur, Bratsera is one of the best, cosiest, and most tasteful hotels in Hydra. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for

Whilst staying in Hydra, my husband and I went for dinner at the Bratsera Hotel. From the moment we were welcomed through the door, we knew we were in for a wonderful experience

The ambiance and the setting of the restaurant were spectacular, and the service was of equally top quality. We opted to share a Tuna Niçoise salad to start, which was hands-down the best Niçoise salad I’ve ever had

We wanted to mention particularly how impressed we were with all the staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping who definitely made our stay memorable and enjoyable for us: nothing was too much trouble

It was incredibly fresh, and the flavours absolutely sang. For the main course, I opted for the oxtail orzo, which was, again, packed full of flavour and a hearty portion

Many hotels have lots of facilities to offer but what, in our view, makes a hotel stand out, is the quality of its staff: at Bratsera hotel, this was exceptional

Visited Hydra from America in May of 2018. Started in the upstairs suite for two nights. Accommodations were very good for the price. The bed was comfortable and the AC was plenty cold

I especially want to highlight the beautiful courtyard, filled with plants and cozy sitting areas, creating such a calm and relaxing atmosphere and I’m truly grateful for how warmly the staff welcomed us

Managed to leave my luggages there in the check out day, and I spent another relaxing day by the beach. Certainly we will return in the following years. Totally recommend to my family and friends

And this year I was surprised with a brand new beautiful large bathroom 👏. The Pension is in the most perfect location - just a short walk from the port yet very quiet

The view across to Galatas is wonderful , peering into all the super yachts as they moor! The breakfast choices were pretty limited but that was the only minor issue

This hotel is in a top location, overlooking the lovely Poros harbour, a minutes walk from all the shops, cafes and excellent restaurants

Although the hotel has the best island location the overall look and feel, service and mood does not do it justice due to the attitude of the beach employees and the extra charges to hotel residents

Nice hotel We booked a double bed but had two separate singles, pushed together which was disappointing. Beautiful views though and everything was good quality

Poros getaway We loved the place, the staff , views, semi private beach nearby.. Taxis into town were only 5 Euros. We would definitely stay there again

The breakfast is the best we've experienced on Poros and in addition to the guests staying there we saw others dropping in for coffee and a chat making it a lovely sociable experience - the views are amazing and in the evening the rooftop is turned into a cocktail bar which is popular with both visitors and pours residents alike

This hotel is in an excellent location and has an amazing roof terrace. This is where you have breakfast but at night it becomes a very trendy cocktail bar and restaurant

Hotel dionysos is a traditional hotel in port of poros. Good spot. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Free WiFi.

The location could not be better as it is across from the main ferry terminal. If you take the fast ferry, it is only an 8 minute walk down the docks. The staff was attentive from initial arrival until departure

However, they were functional and it was all about outside. We would definitely stay again, despite it being a 30 minute + walk from the port. Being beachside was more convenient than being in town

Don't expect 5* facilities, this is a small family run hotel which has immaculate rooms, with tidy gardens, a decent sized pool and the best breakfast with freshly cooked breads, pastries, crumble (!!), fruits, yoghurts, local meats, cheeses and olives

A good 20 minute walk brings you to plenty of tavernas, bars, shops and some exquisite yachts on the waterfront! From here you can also catch the ferry to Hydra which takes around 40 minutes (great for a day trip; a small island)

If you're looking for that traditional Greek taverna by the waters edge, then literally 5 minutes walk is Aura Cafe Bar - perfect for sunset cocktails or a morning coffee

We also hired a quad bike to do some exploring - beware the roads are pretty steep in areas. There was also a great free bus which runs around the town! Really handy

No issues with sunbeds (unfortunately no big fat mattresses but hey, you can't have everything!) and the towels are a big rough but honestly, it's no big deal

The beach is around a 10/15 minute walk away but plenty of other beaches if you have a quad bike or get a taxi

Location was top, one of the best on Poror. Room was little bit oldfashioned but clean also the bathroom. Owner gave us special discount cause we are regular. Very satisfied .
