We stayed for two weeks and our overriding memory is that *every single* area of the hotel and its grounds stank of cigarettes. We'd plumped for a deluxe room but it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, it was very unpleasant; we were told this was due to a previous guest but there's no way that was the case – it was ingrained in every surface. After we complained, someone went into our room while we were out and sprayed vanilla air freshener everywhere, which did nothing but make an overwhelming smell. We insisted on a different room, which didn't smell, but was just a standard on the ground floor. The dining room was fine, with a decent food selection — however, there's a smoking area right next to the large windows that they open when it's warm, so the dining room just fills up with the smell of cigarettes. The bar is also always packed with smokers, as were the outside seating areas. We were unlucky with the weather, which is no fault of theirs obviously, but that did expose another issue – when it rains there's virtually nowhere to sit, other than your room or the bar. Even under the large outdoor umbrellas, which eventually had to be taken down because of the wind, there were always clouds of cigarette smoke. The beach is fine, with nice clear waters, but the sand was always absolutely stuffed with litter and used cigarette butts. Do guests do nothing but smoke?? Add onto this the bizarre and utterly wasteful plastic cup situation, and the insanely loud Friday night 'entertainment' that you couldn't even escape by going to your room. It was a disappointing holiday at what is definitely not a 'four star' hotel.

Perfect place for somebody who wants little bit of chill, very clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast, 10 min to the closest bus stop

The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere with lots of greenery, and the rooms are comfortable and well designed. Unfortunately, all of this is overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude service The staff were impolite and clearly did not know how to handle the check-in process. The receptionist was rude, argued with me over simple questions, and To make matters worse even appeared drunk while on duty! They didn’t even know which room category I had booked standard, junior suite or family room, A hotel should train its employees to treat guests with respect and at least understand the basics of their own booking system. throughout the stay they constantly watched us, even if we just took an extra cup or had a drink it was not possible outside the dining area; Despite the pleasant surroundings, it’s impossible to enjoy a stay when the staff make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and creates an unsafe atmosphere for guests. If you care about service I would strongly advise avoiding this place, until they seriously improve their staff training and professionalism.

We stayed at this hotel with my husband and two
grandchildren in June 2025.
While some people prefer noisy parties by the pool, others enjoy solitude and reconnecting with nature, and this hotel can offer both ( there were options for everyone).
The hotel has a large, beautiful, well-maintained area, quite a few
swimming pools, playgrounds, and children's entertainers.
There is a very large selection of food, and everything is delicious.
It is a 15-minute walk to the sandy beach through a pine forest.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff
for giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy our wonderful holiday.
They trully made our stay excellent!

This hotel is no more than a 3-star at best. When we arrived, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of cigarettes at reception, where it was obvious staff had been smoking. Not what you’d expect from a so-called 4-star resort. Here are the main issues we experienced: • Dining experience: The food court was chaotic, with people pushing and shoving to get food. It is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. • Smoking everywhere: There was smoke drifting across almost every part of the resort. It was impossible to find a smoke-free area. • Unsuitable for families: Children on scooters and ride-on bikes were weaving through the resort constantly. We had a 5-month-old and a 3-year-old with us, and between the second-hand smoke, loud drunks, and general lack of control, it was far from family-friendly. • Drinks: Drinks were served in the smallest plastic cups, which was both frustrating and wasteful. To make matters worse, in the mornings we’d often see empty cans of beer dumped around the grounds by other guests. • Courtesy room: After checkout at 11am, we were told to use the hotel’s courtesy room. This was located at the back of the hotel and felt more like a public toilet—dirty, unwelcoming, and certainly not a good final impression. • Entertainment: The entertainment was very poor and nothing like what was advertised on Instagram. In fact, while we were there, they were posting old videos on social media to make it seem like the shows were happening live, which felt misleading. Overall, we would not return. Having travelled around Greece, we’d highly recommend looking into a Domes resort instead if you want a genuinely nice experience with like-minded guests.

Been to Greece many times and love the food. This hotel has the worst food I've ever had in Greece. Cold, overcooked, mass produced garbage. Drinks included were even worse. Wine was totally undrinkable, soft drinks with so much sugar. Room was never cleaned properly, just given fresh towels and made the bed. They were just washing the glasses and spoons out in the bathroom sink. I went down to reception with a dirty glass to complain. The lady on reception was very understanding, and the manager came over and started having a go at her. He had the worst attitude I've ever seen. The pool was always carnage, and the beach is miles away and pretty chaotic there too. There is literally no drawers to put your clothes in the room. They only positives were that some of the staff were really nice and there seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children.

The hotel is surrounded by forest, we've loved the fresh air in the summer and enjoyed the sunbeds under the trees. The food is great, the options are great. There is a lot of fun each evening especially for the young ones.
The stuff is very helpful and nice, the do their best for the guests to enjoy in the hotel.

Good location, great amenities (especially the renovated buildings, they worth the money). If you are with a baby they will give you ground floor most probably - very convenient for the stroller. Nice and clean (daily change of towels and cleaning), lots of space between buildings, lots of kid activities. Great smiling and friendly staff. Pools are OK. Annimation for kids. PADI Diving center at the back of the hotel, supermarket and beach accessories shop at the entrance. All inclusive - local drinks only. You can read the rest on the webpage - pics and description are real. 10min walking to the beach. I would definitely NOT recommend the paid zone - far too expensive (20eur per umbrella + min 20eur per person), arrogant, crowded, loud music. Free zone is also crowded but if you are an early morning person go to the cafe at the right side, next to the pier - you can get umbrella and sunbed by buying beverages. Jumping from the pier is great fun for the kids but be careful - it's deep. If you need cash - do NOT use the ATM at the hotel entrance, it's Euronet, something like 5EUR per withdrawal. Closest ATM is in Paliuri. Pefkohori is 10min drive from the hotel, there is also a bus shuttle. Overall - great experience, we were a few families with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green environment that creates a calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The food was also excellent – delicious and full of flavor. Overall, a peaceful place with great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
