Sparkling clean, comfy, functional kitchen. Only few steps from the beach! Well equipped for family of 4. We were on 1st floor.

WiFi is pretty slow. And tv has only local programs. Not enough parking space but we managed to park on the street,

Very nice hosts, a quiet couple that takes good care of their property and the guests.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms look nothing like the photos – they are old, smell like mold, and we even found bugs inside. It was very uncomfortable and unhealthy. The restaurant is chaotic – long lines (we waited over 15 minutes) just to get a slice of pizza or two pieces of meat, with very limited food options for children. The beach was in a terrible condition – full of trash and cigarette butts. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We tried to share our concerns with the manager, but he refused to help or take any responsibility. We are sharing this review so others can make an informed decision. This is not a place we would return to, and we do not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and respectful environment.

There is nothing good to say about the hotel and also nothing good about the staff. My review is long but i hope you will have time to read it, especially if you are with a baby!!! I don’t recommend this hotel at all, unless you want to ruin your vacation. First time in Greece and had such a bad experience. We are 2 adults + a 3 months old baby + 2 dogs Yorkshire and we reserved a bungalow room via booking + a crib for the baby. We arrived at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and the room was not ready. We waited 2 hours and after when they show us the room was first of all at the first floor with some really tight and long stairs and we were with a stroller and couldn’t take it upstairs and also only with 2 single beds connected and no crib for the baby because they said they don't have because are all occupied and suggested to put the baby sleep between me and my husband. I explained that the baby can fold down like that or catch and broke the hand between beds but they said that all rooms are occupied and can not do anything, even though it appears that they had rooms available. So we cancel the reservation for free because we had this possibility on booking, we book another hotel for that night and rebook again for the next day in Olympian Bay Grand Resort a room with 3 single beds so we would have a bed for our baby. Surprise it was when we came back the next day, that the room was only with two single beds connected. We call the reception from the room and ask why we received this when we paid for something else and where our baby will sleep and they said it will try to fix it as soon as possible and ofcourse they didn’t. I went after personally in reception and try to discuss with them and they said it will bring another extended bed and i explained that is not what i paid for… they bring in the lobby a dirty mattress and covered with a sheet and they wanted to put my baby sleep there. I tried to explain many times that this is not what i paid for, but they didn’t care! I called after booking and explained everything what happend. Booking contact the property but still they couldn’t resolve nothing with them… and i went again on reception and i start to fight with them, tell them i will call police and go to the embassy if is necessary… they continue saying that we are only two persons, like why we would need a third bed… i explained that this is what we paid for and is for the baby normally. After minutes of fighting and screaming the woman manager came out from the office, which was just behind the reception bar, and ask me to come and discuss the problem… even though she already heard and for sure she knew the issue she came out to discuss after minutes of fighting and screaming with the receptionists… I was really tired and angry because all this happened and started to cry and fight with her as well, because is not normal all this to happened in a civilized country and especially because we were with a small baby. There are no rooms with 3 b

The rooms here are in serious disrepair—not just in need of a few fixes, but a complete renovation. During our stay, I reported over 10 issues, including a loose balcony railing, holes in the walls, rust, broken balcony doors, mold, and stained carpets throughout. Why there’s carpeting in a beach hotel, I don’t understand, as it’s far from practical and looks terrible. The food was decent, with a good variety and a fresh-cooking station that served new options each night, which I appreciated. However, desserts were limited in variety and exactly the same every night, which became repetitive. The all-inclusive drinks were a letdown. Soft drinks were off-brand, often out of syrup or carbonation, and the rest of the drink selection felt very basic and low quality. Entertainment was only offered every other night, with limited activities for kids, so they were left bored most evenings. Greek Night was so loud it went on until midnight, making it impossible for us to sleep. But the most frustrating part was the sunbeds. Despite a policy that supposedly prohibits reserving beds, it wasn’t enforced. Each morning at 9am, we’d come down to the beach after breakfast, only to find no beds available for our family of four. This led to stressed, unhappy guests arguing and tossing towels off reserved beds. And if you wanted a bed by the pool, the same chaotic scramble applied. I spoke to management multiple times, but Betty in management only offered excuses. There are clearly enough beds for everyone if they simply enforced the rule like other hotels. This lack of enforcement made the experience extremely frustrating, and it spoiled what should have been a relaxing beach holiday. To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting since August for a response from Hotel Brain regarding my complaint. It honestly feels like nobody cares. Management, there is a lot of work to be done.

The food sometimes were good with fish and sometimes with pork that i hate not very meat options if you dont eat pork The bungalov are a real disaster to stay there .We stayed because have no other choice to updgrade to another room in the main hotel. The places in beach are lower capaity than the hotel The only good thing is staff that was nice and made good part that made us stay . I will not come back here even for free and i suggest to see the reviews before you came.

We are quite disappointed with the hotel service. The staff speaks very bad English, the food is also bad. A lot of salads and side dishes, the main dishes are mostly pasta and pies that are made from leftovers from the previous meal or the day, very few meat dishes, kebabs, some kind of patty (it is impossible to identify which animal it belonged to) out of the 7 days we were there, 2 days we managed to eat something other than french fries and tomatoes for dinner. All 7 days we had a problem with towels for wiping, not even one day did they leave us enough towels, the rooms are in a rather bad condition and were not really cleaned (cobwebs, dust, mold on the walls and in the bathroom). The highlight of everything is that they told us at the reception that we have to leave the hotel at 11:00. I don't think it's 7 nights 8 days, wherever we were on an all inclusive vacation we could stay all day swimming and use the beach bar. We will never return to that hotel again, the organization is bad, the staff does not manage to do their work thoroughly and with quality because they have to work at 3 workplaces in 12 hour shifts with no days off. Shame on you, firstly because of the poor organization of work and hotel management, and secondly because of the exploitation of the workforce!!!!

Four stars are way too much for this hotel. One, maybe two stars but four... I chose the hotel because of its price - which finally appears overpriced for what you get - and was not expecting much but even my low expectations were too high. The only reason I remained in the hotel is because I have paid upfront and there was no way I was going to see my money back. Let us start with the welcoming. I arrived at the reception and the attitude was like I am going to someone's house for free - here are your bracelets, here you may check the hotel rules, your room is in the main building. No one cares to show you the way to the room, no one cares if you need assistance with your luggage, you are on your own. But let us say this is because someone had a bad day. But again it is a "four" star hotel... You are going to the hotel and your first impression is quite good - big hall, nice looking pool, view to the see but once you enter the elevator the good impression is gone. Two old elevators which when starts you have the feeling you are going to fall down in the basement. The impression on the floor itself is quite depressing - dark hall with carpet on the floor and flashing room numbers. When you enter your room the impression is good - tiles in the hall, nice view to the see and hotel's pools and small terrace. But then the details start kicking in - old, dirty carpet on the floor in the room, peeled paint on the room's attic, missing handles on the wardrobe and then the bathroom. The bathroom is another level of disaster - once you take a shower everything is wet including the hall of the room. The drainage of the bathroom's floor is poor to missing and the water is there for hours after you took the shower so everything remains wet and thus not very hygienic. The mirror there shows stains which are quite old and no one cares to clean them. On the third day of my stay I killed a mosquito on the bathroom mirror on purpose to check how long it will take to clean it. Guess what, it took longer than my stay as on my leave the blood stain from the mosquito was still there. And I guess it is there for the new guest as a welcome greet. We went out of soap and remained without it for couple of days before I requested some from the maid. The terrace itself is quite funny as the air conditioner drainage is draining on the terrace heading a small shaft in between every two rooms. Due to this strange engineering decision it is wet all the time and there are rust stains from the table's legs and the chairs' legs all around the terrace. The food is mediocre and quite flat - you will not remain hungry but if you are looking for diversity you will be disappointed. And the fruits are something I want to mention specially - in every hotel I have been in Greece so far the fruits are on another higher level - and here they were very poor to be humble. And if that is not enough there are tons and tons of mosquitos. Oh, and do not forget the cats which are everywhere aroun
