Atrium Hotel in Leptokaria

The rooms are so dirty that even animals wouldn't sleep in them, the bedclothes stink, there are ants in the kitchen, they clean the septic tank every morning and make noise at 8am. Disgusting!

We've booked through agency and I was under impression that they keep the poorest rooms for these visitors. I've been with my family - my husband and my two kids in the first room -No.101, which will need deeper renovation, especially to the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom curtain was moldy and no towels were provided - we were told that we need to pay in order to get towels which is to me unheard so far. The owner stated that that was something that our agency should tell us, which I agree - they should've tell us upfront. Again - this is not the first time we were traveling through the agency, but it's the first time I heard that there is a biiiig difference in accomodations if you pay through agency or any other way. The kitchenette was also very outdated with not enough untensils. The apartment was not cleaned properly in the first place and yet - that was not the main issue. The biggest turn off for me and my families personally was the constant noise the group of around 10ish people were making for the whole time we were visiting - they were (I assume) close persons - friends or family - to the owners and they occupied the front tables in the garden which were a meter or two far from our terrace (having the appartment on the same level like the garden clearly is not the smartest solution, but anyway, that's the architecs lack of common sense) from early mornings to late at night and we were unable to get a proper sunlight or dress/undress more privately because of these people unaudacty. We constantly had the room curtains closed because of these issue. And the owner didn't find it necessary to warn them even once or to ask if they consider us and to ask them to hang out somewhere else.
The location is great, the pool was also nice - my kids enjoyed having fun there, but we will not be coming again in this place.
