Stayed at Akrathos Beach Hotel for a week through TUI, family of four (2 teenagers + parents). We had two standard rooms — comfortable overall. The showers had the tray on the floor so water tended to spread out, but with underfloor heating it dried quickly. I’d give the rooms 4★, but everything else was 5★. The all-inclusive package was excellent — breakfast, lunch, dinner, wall-to-wall buffets....

The hotel has a good location and a beautiful view, but for the money we paid, I expected more. We booked 2 rooms through Booking for four nights, paying a little over 2000 euros. Many thanks to personnel of the hotel for the perfect attention to customers. People at the reception, restaurant and bar were always helpful and attentive. A special meal was prepared for our child daily with no extra charge. The location, the sea and weather are obviously off charts

Nice hotel, very nice and clean rooms.The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Very kind employees. The beach is special. Unfortunately, the food and drinks are of very poor quality. In conclusion, an ok hotel (quality-price) that needs many improvements.

I visited this hotel in August 2023 , and honestly, it doesn't look very simillar to the photos you can find on the internet. Besides that, the food is okay, it bothers me that breakfast is the same every day. I got sick from food so be careful about what you eat... Internet is awful. We have stayed at Alexandros palace 2 times already. The spalsh park was very nice for the kids. The room (pool view) was nice and spacious. Korina and Thalia at reservations were very freindly and helpful so we made the booking directly with the hotel. We have booked once again for the 3rd time this summer.

The hotel has made many changes and upgrades, i had stayed in the same hotel few years ago and i was pleasantly surprised seeing renovated rooms and the splash park which my kids loved. Overall we had a great stay od 8 days, food, cleanliness, service, everything was really good compared to the price we paid.
