Eagles Palace - Small Luxury Hotels of the World in Ouranoupoli

We spent two weeks at the Eagles Palace during August this summer, we're used to 5 stars hotels but this one is another level of everything. The kindness of people is mindblowing, the service always on top, we even asked for lunch to be delivered to our villa for our nearly one year old and they were happy to do it. All the staff is absolutely amazing, important to also note that the food is impressive for an hotel of this size. Shout out to everyone there, you made our holiday an unforgettable moment and our 5 year old keeps talking about you on a daily basis. We dropped the kids at the Scott Dunn kids club every day and they were such amazing people too. Ideally a villa is the best format. Thank you everyone, we will be back and we're sending some friends next summer too. Vasilis, the boss, the man who never sleeps... you can be proud of what you've achieved...

Beautiful villa set in gorgeous surroundings. We only stayed 3 nights but wished we could stay longer. The private beach is peaceful and comfortable with a very good cafe adjoined. The facilities are very clean and comfortable.

We visited early August for the weekend and we were amazed by the views, especially from the balcony at the Villas bar, overlooking the sea. The service was great and the staff was very friendly but the best thing was the food. Overall an amazing weekend escape.

Our family had the most wonderful holiday at Eagles Palace. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and such warm hospitality. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us — and especially the children — feel truly special. The setting is absolutely stunning. The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and overlooks the most beautiful turquoise sea. The private beach was ideal for families — calm, safe, and perfectly maintained, with excellent beach service throughout the day. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The housekeeping team took such great care of us, and all the little touches made it feel like home. Meals were a highlight of our stay — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the restaurants offered a great variety to please both adults and children. The kids loved the pool and activities, while we enjoyed some quiet time at the spa — pure bliss! Eagles Palace truly has a heart. It’s not just a luxury resort, but a place filled with warmth, care, and genuine kindness. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

We’re staying here for the third consecutive year and it’s no surprise, since every time we are met with pristine hotel facilities, luxury hospitality and 5-star service that exceeds our expectations every time. We have two small children and they are also treated like VIP guests, which makes the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We recommend this Resort for any type of vacation!

The hotel manages to be luxurious but in a low key way. The grounds are impeccably manucured and the setting is outstanding. The staff is warm, welcoming and always helpful. It is probably better as a place were you will spend some time being pampered rather than a base for discovering the area - nevertheless, there is still plenty to do if you look for it. During the end of season, we found the atmosphere very relaxing and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. This hotel cares for its guests! My wife put a happy birthday card in the room and a splendid chocolate gateau with a kind message materialised on the day. The ara is nothing short of miraculous. Sea is absolutely clean, this part f Greece is verdant, it feels like paradise. Just wanted to thank the staff who made our stay really memorable.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The services were truly 5-star, the restaurant offered delicious food, and the all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. We highly recommend this hotel!

Well…where do I begin. The Eagles Palace is one of those resorts you don’t forget. It’s a mixture of amazing staff, obviously recruited for being genuinely interested in the service industry, a beautiful location and attention to detail. The location is almost a 2 hour journey from Thessaloniki airport (SKG) but well worth the journey when you arrive. The reception staff: Mariekv, Georgina and Michelle give such a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and have great toiletries: Olive Era, I find the shampoo and conditioner is so great and no need to bring your own. Breakfast is served in either Melathron (Buffet) or Lofos (situated close to the villas). A big thank you to Konstantinos and his staff for remembering how I like my coffee etc...!!!!There is a wide variety of everything to choose from, you are spoilt for choice! The hotel is on a clifftop and it’s nice to get your steps in with the steps to the beach, but for those not that active there is also a lift. The beach bar is so well organised and the boys Alkis and Vasselis who create some amazing cocktails and are so friendly. Looking forward to the new cocktail of 2026! The Eagles Club Bar is so well managed by the lovely Vangelis, he goes out of his way to ensure you have a great drink/cocktails. For lunch my go to place is the fish restaurant, Armyra (open also in the peak season for dinner), everything on the menu is fantastic, my only criticism is the big size of the portions, but that’s not a bad thing! For dinner there are a few choices in the off peak season, Kamaris (fine dining tasting menu). The food is presented exquisitely in beautiful crockery and the bread, the most amazing bread I have ever tasted! The staff: George (who remembered that I had a medical condition and offered me an alternative to one of the courses), Thalis who is so knowledgeable, and of course the lovely Efthymis who is very attentive and remembers your preferences. The Italian restaurant is located up the hill and a buggy is available to take you there, again all of the staff are so attentive, welcoming and remember your preferences, the food is sublime. Apologies I did not take your names but I so appreciate my dining experience with you. Finally I would also like to say a big thank you to Vasileios (GM) who operates a very organised tight ship, he is respected by his staff and for his guests he provides the best service. I cannot thank all of the staff at Eagles Palace resort for another great holiday and I can’t wait to return!
