Despotiko is our sanctuary! It is the absolute place for family vacations! we have been visiting 3 years in a row and each year we have the best time. Perfect rooms ideal for families, amazing pools and poll area, all amenities and more, friendly and effective staff, beautiful ladnscape and kind and helpful owners. The beach and the afternoon sunsets are out of this world!

i love how remote the location is, it's beautiful and peaceful - as if you were visiting your rich auntie or something, great vibe. here's my problem - i always vacation start of may or end of september, but by then there's not many guests left there (which i like) and so the food at the hotel is scarce and with no real options to choose from. but the staff is super nice and would give you options...

Absolutely wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, just a short walk to both the beach and the city center. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, anytime!

Apartment was new and cleaned every day, towels and sheets was changed every 3 days. Good internet and plenty of parking places on the road. Friendly owners/staff. 5min walk to the center and 10min to the beach.

Great location, about a 5 minute walk from the town center. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, towels and sheets changed every 3 days, which I found very reasonable. Plenty of parking spaces available as well and the owners are very nice, they even offered some recommendations.

Flexible staff they helped us with a double room with a view instead of a triple room, cleaned everyday, well equipped kitchen.

10/10 Beautiful apartments, hygiene is great, view is great, owners are very friendly and communicative, we stayed for 12 days and we will come again. Internet speed is by far the best compared to every place that we’ve been in Greece. The location is nice and quiet at night and 2 min walk from the centar of N. Marmaras.

Very nice positioned, on a hill with view over the entire city of Neos Marmaras and amazing sunset view over Paradisos. All the rooms have sea view, so don't worry about that. Free private parking available both in front of the building and in a private locked yard nearby. The perfect stay! The host is very kind and supportive, just perfect. Location, comfort, view, room size and design, everything just matched our wishes. No sound from the other rooms. In total: Highly recommended and now one of our favorite locations in Greece.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! The location is great, right by the beach where the hotel bar is located with great food and drinks. Service and hospitality were fantastic, it really felt like home for our family. A special mention goes to the hotel manager Elona who took amazing care of us and honestly cared about our experience and stay. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay here. Though we have experienced 5* resorts and we are picky with our locations this place was pretty much what we've expected and more. Great Greek hospitality makes you feel at home.

Good location but dirty. There are other hotels The hotel is in a perfect location!!! But the rooms are dirty, the bedding is uncomfortable, the towels are old, the shower is rusty. We were given a room with an uncleaned toilet and dirty bedding. They changed us to another room that was very unclean and not maintained. And this is the beginning of the season.

Overall good experience. Prime location in Toroni, with very clean rooms! I was there with 3 other friends. The hotel is made out of 2 buildings and a swimming pool between them. At first floor you will find the breakfast area. The hotel has also a nice reception, a bar close to it and the beach area across the street, but nothing special. We had such a great time at Paradise studios in Toroni. We were there with 2 kids. The studios have great location, the beach is across the street, and every studio has its own sunbeds and umbrella, free of charge. Studios are well equipped with all necessary. We spent a really great time in Paradise Studios. The apartment was great, two balconies were stunning (see and mountain view). Elpida was super responsive and kind, as well as her family. Beautiful sandy beach is just across the street. You should try ice-cream and pizza at Sakis. Very recommended.

Toroni Paradise accommodation is excellent, the rooms are very neat and clean, towels are changed and the rooms are cleaned every three days. The location is very desirable, across the street from the beach where sunbeds and umbrellas are available, included in the price. Parking is possible on the street or in the Toroni Blue Sea hotel parking lot, you can always find a place, even in the peak season...

It was the third time in a row I visited Casa Anastasia and I can recommend it for sure. Toroni itself is very beatiful and at Casa Anastasia you have the perfect spot for the beach. The people there are very friendly, you have top service, good food and drinks and of course very nice rooms.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Anastasia. The rooms are extra nice and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The food is fresh and delicious, and the drinks are always served nice and cold, the prices more than affordable. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the atmosphere. On top of that, the location is excellent convenient and beautiful. Highly recommend

Spent an ideal day on the beach at Anastasia. The loungers, service, food great. The sea truly magical. Excellent music in the background. €30 must consumption totally fair for the experience.

We only used the beach chairs and umbrela. It requires a minimum order of 30€ but since they serve food the ammount is more than decent. Good prices and good food, I will come back again.
