Fay Boutique Hotel in Toroni

We had such a great time at Paradise studios in Toroni. We were there with 2 kids. The studios have great location, the beach is across the street, and every studio has its own sunbeds and umbrella, free of charge.
Studios are well equipped with all necessary. They were cleaned few times during our stay, and the towels and sheets were changed regularly.
Special thanks to our host, Elpida and her parents Sakis and Eleni. They were great, very kind and hospitable. In front of the studios, they also own a bakery with fresh burek every morning, and pizzas and pancakes in the evening. Very nice, warm and relaxed place.
The studio is located in big garden, full of flowers and olive trees.
Special thank to dear Elpida, who informed us the last day about road works in Tesaloniki during that weekend, so we departed in time to avoid traffic jam with our kids.

Staying at Toroni Paradise Studio was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, the owner, Sakis, together with his warm-hearted family and daughter, made us feel not like guests, but like truly welcomed friends. Their kindness and generosity set the tone for our entire stay.

The studio itself was immaculate — spotlessly clean, with brand-new furnishings that gave the impression of a five-star hotel suite. The room was equipped with flawless Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning, making it both comfortable and practical. The beach is just a few steps away, and the charming garden surrounding the property adds a serene touch to the atmosphere.

What makes this place even more special are the thoughtful extras: complimentary sunbeds at the beach, as well as the family’s bakery nearby, which offers some of the most delicious pies and doughnuts we’ve ever tasted. To our delight, the hosts even allowed us to check in earlier than the official time, and while we waited, they treated us to coffee and breakfast on the house — a gesture that perfectly sums up their hospitality.

All in all, Toroni Paradise Studio is far more than a place to stay; it is a haven of warmth, comfort, and genuine Greek hospitality. Without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and the accommodation was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The beach is just a short walk away and great for kids. We spent a really great time in Paradise Studios. The apartment was great, two balconies were stunning (see and mountain view). Elpida was super responsive and kind, as well as her family. Beautiful sandy beach is just across the street. You should try ice-cream and pizza at Sakis. Very recommended.

Perfect holidays in Toroni Paradise Studios.We are visiting first time this year and we have already booked our apartment for next summer. The rooms are spotlessly clean and right next to the beach with their own umbrellas and sunbeds for free. The owners are duper helpful and kind. Toroni Paradise accommodation is excellent, the rooms are very neat and clean, towels are changed and the rooms are cleaned every three days. The location is very desirable, across the street from the beach where sunbeds and umbrellas are available, included in the price. Parking is possible on the street or in the Toroni Blue Sea hotel parking lot, you can always find a place, even in the peak season. Elpida is very kind and communicative, her English is excellent. We would come again to this accommodation.

Perfect for a family holiday.

The external of the apartment is beautifully decorated with plants & flowers. The is a small play ground at the garden and the beach is just a few steps away!

We never have problem with the common parking area and the host offer us sun bed & sunshade for their private beach reserved area. Although Toroni is a very small place, but we got everything we need nearby and the location is situated conveniently to discover other beaches during the day.
