Agnantia Bed & Breakfast in Fiskardho

We had 3 days at Agnantia 26th to 29th September 2025. We were so happy to see that our apartment was private and spacious and charming, and well equipped and clean and the views seemed unreal in their beautiful perfection. What a bonus to have the balcony. The bed was very comfortable with delicious silky but cotton sheets of the highest quality. The pillows were just right too and comfortable. We had an abundance of towels and loo paper! All was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely out of this world! Fresh lovely and deliciously Greek. Mary and the Chef were so pleasant and helpful and generous. When the big storm was coming, i phoned Myra in a worried state, about getting our flight down in Argostoli the next day. She gave excellent and sensible advice that calmed me. And she was absolutely right as the conditions did turn out ok and we had a good and safe journey to Argostoli. I locked myself out of the apartment by mistake just as the storm was imminent and had no phones or car keys. Having knocked on a neighbours door to ask for help to phone Myra...she had Cheffie bring the spare keys within 5 minutes! Thank goodness! Myra was always instantly available. We had an enjoyable time and felt safe and cared for. Its a delightful place and we are honestly longing to plan our next trip. We had a wonderful stay at Agnantia, having come on a trip to Fiskardo to celebrate our recent wedding. Prior to arrival, communication was excellent and they answered any questions we had very promptly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with amazing hospitality - a lovely glass of fresh, homemade lemonade and a biscuit and the staff were all super friendly. When we got to our room we found they had left us a lovely message to say congratulations alongside a bottle of wine and some local treats and fresh fruit. The rooms are generously sized, beds very comfortable and overall well equipped. Even the bathrooms included shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast was a particular highlight each morning - all freshly made items including cakes, pastries, cut fruit, cheeses, yoghurt and freshly prepared eggs made to your liking. They also send guests off each day with a slice of pie (sometimes sweet, sometimes savoury) which we often took with us to the beach for our lunch. Would highly recommend Agnantia!

This property is amazing! We stayed here for our honey moon and it was absolutely perfect! Would 100% recommend! The breakfast and service was amazing!

The place is beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable, and the location superb -but what stands out, what separates this beautiful guest house from so many others, is the people who run it, own it and those who work there. They made our trip. They made the difference. PS: The breakfast is DELICIOUS.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, in July, at this magical B&B. The property boasts the most incredible view overlooking the bays of Fidkado and onto the Island Ithaki. Maira and her team go above and beyond to make your stay a truly memorable experience. The attention to detail and clear instructions are very helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and on arrival there was a welcome snack and drinks all made with local ingredients. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared with the option of cooked eggs to your liking. We walked down into Fiskado, stopping off at Fiko beach on the way and getting a taxi back was no trouble. This stay comes highly recommended. Agnantia B&B offers the warmest welcome throughout your stay.

Agnantia B & B is the perfect place to stay as it’s not in the hustle and bustle of Fiskardo where literally hundreds of people are dropped there daily from large vessels sailing in from other parts of the island, as well as luxury yachts mooring there. Agnantia is in Tselentata, a short drive up in the hills above Fiskardo or an 8 euro taxi ride. It is delightfully quiet and the view from our room was peaceful and mesmerising. Agnantia’s hospitality is first class. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and Maria, the chef, catered for my gluten and lactose intolerances with such grace going out of her way to bring in gf bread. Overall a lovely place to stay which was a recommendation from a family member who had stayed previously. Now I can pass that recommendation on to others.

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment! The hospitality was exceptional! Aen excellent breakfast with the option to take a pastry for later, spotless cleanliness, a stunning view, and a warm, homey atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We loved our three nights staying at Agnantia Bed and Breakfast. The room was fabulous and the view was overlooking Ithaca. Maira and her team made our stay so wonderful. On arrival the lemon drink and pastries in the fridge were a delight. And the breakfast was out of this world. Daily baking and fresh fruit and Greek delicacies made our stay so wonderful. We appreciated everything. It was so good being in the countryside and able to access tavernas in different locations. Thanks Maira, we’ll keep in touch.

Just got home from a magical week in Kefalonia, made even more magical by my stay at the Agnantia. Maira is an incredible hostess. Warm, friendly, generous, and a fantastic conversationalist. I'll miss the cozy room (with the gorgeous view), the lavish breakfast spreads, the charming drive to and from Fiskardo, but mostly the hospitality.

I met a number of people during my stay who visit Kefalonia yearly. I understand why and can't wait to go back. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but with Maria at the Agnantia.
