I would recommend this hotel with anyone who has children. There is great entertainment day and night here. Great facilities throughout. There is Doctor on call in the hotel 24/7 which unfortunately I needed to use, I received excellent service with them. Messonghi is a beautiful location and if you like a walk in the evening there is loads to see down the little lane ways. The food is excellent and the cater for all nationalities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff are superb - always smiling. The hotel was spotless. Wander through the gardens onto the beach and enjoy the beautiful clear waters. Excellent choice of food at every meal. Free drinks all day and evening up to 11pm. Entertainment staff are fantastic - they really go above and beyond to help people join in. A great, friendly hotel.

Amazing location, plenty of facilities and activities. Fantastic proximity to the beach and very well organised and smooth delivery of the service.
The rooms were tight and not clean, we had an invasion of ants and mould in the room near the Air condition.
The entertainment was spot on, a job well done!! Different options and a variety of activities every day and night.
The food was OK but our favourite was definitely the Greek evening, amazing and tasty food.

I am 38 and this was my first ever holiday abroad, it was brilliant. Location is immense, the hotel itself was lovely, we stayed in the river house which served our needs as a family of 5 perfectly. Food was maybe a bit repetitive as the week went on, but I had lots of very tasty food. It was better than I thought it would be. My family and I really enjoyed our holiday there and would recommend to any family.

It was a really nice place, with a few issues for me anyway.
The swimming pool was one of them, they are pretty small to which you can't use inflatable floats in them. But the on site shops sell floats so unless you want to use them in the sea save your money.
The kids did enjoy using the pools tho so happy days.
They did mention about the sun loungers can't be reserved but people including my self did get up before breakfast and put our towels on them.
No one seemed to complain. But I didn't really see anyone having an issue finding a spot unless they turned up later on in the day.
The beach and sea fantastic location which is at the back of the hotel, clean and amazing.
My advice get sea shoes because it's a stone beach and some people did stand on sea urchins bare foot.
Morning swimming was fantastic.
I paid for a superior room with a garden view I feel like I didn't get that at all.
I didn't question it but I kinda wish I did but that's my issue.
Food was ok and the cleanliness of the restaurant was really good.
Staff were fantastic the reception staff was brilliant on arrival letting us go and get something to eat before checking in.
Bar staff Fantastic.

Would I go back is debatable, just because of the pool sizes for the kids and the room was disappointing for me, would I say go definitely because I had minor issues doesn't mean you will.

On the good side, the location is good, the rooms are mostly clean and the sea is beautiful. No hassle on beach, sunbeds €3 per day, to get a good bed by the pool you'd better be up by 6! The grounds of the hotel are lovely and very well maintained too, the room showers are great and the balcony is pretty decent. Most of the reception staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the animation team work really hard although the entertainment starts, 99% of the time, much later than advertised in the evening.
There are several shops to choose from in the grounds, selling everything from sun cream to cigarettes to clothes and souvenirs., the prices aren't extortionate either.
On the down side, this place has some of the most miserable restaurant staff I've ever met, the rudest guests and fairly monotonous food that more often than not isnt labelled. The dining room is so crazy you'd better have your elbows ready as nobody lets anybody past, including the wait staff!

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Good food, brilliant activities. Lovely pools, fit for youngster, to teens, to older people. One even comes with two seperate water slides.
The hotel rooms are well air-conditioned, with comfortable beds, and a reasonably sized bathroom.
Though unfortunately, in my opinion, I believe that this hotel can be underappreciated at some points, due to different reasons.
Overall a very well established hotel.
I can honestly rate this, personally, 5 stars!

Nice service. Meals OK. Rooms should be a little bit cleaner and... missing small things like a graphic or picture on the wall to cover electrical boxes. More professional mounting of TV set. If you have children be aware of the noise party music till 23:30.

Just returned after seven nights all inclusive. Loved it. Wife's milestone birthday. They upgraded us to a beach front Bungalow - Fantastic!! They also left a nice bottle of wine and plate of fruit for us. Great pools and beach side bar which we used. (great shade trees). Beach a bit pebbly so take sea shoes. Water shallow right out. Food was brilliant and plenty of variety. One small niggle was that the lift, when we ate, was erratic!!
Booked through Thomas Cook, who were great and all this for under a £Grand!! (inc' flights, transfers, etc).

Such an amazing resort, nothing to complain. Had a great time, with a very friendly staff, many things to do and a very good entertainment program. I would go back again ?
