The hotel service and meals are very good. The hardware facilities, bedding, and bathroom design are unreasonable, and the lack of dry and wet areas is a headache.

Wow! We had a fabulous stay at the Angsana. The level of service from the time you check in, chilling by the pool or eating in one of the restaurants is superb. There is a nice beach club, with music in the evenings and good Greek fare. The staff at the amazing infinity pool is also super helpful. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous views. The management of the hotel are so welcoming and friendly, they provided my wife with paracetamol when she complained headaches on arrival. The location is perfect, beach is just opposite, bus stop to the old town is less than 1min walk, shops are 1min walk, airport is close too either by bus or taxi. Breakfast was superb with varieties. The hotel was nice, especially the outdoor area. Breakfast had plenty of pasta, but unfortunately no tomato or cucumber, and no cheese selection, but otherwise it was okay.

The photos looked better. Even though our reservation mentioned a pool view, our room faced the back alley and an empty lot. We brought it up with them, but they didn’t accept it. The shower faucet was broken, and although someone came once, when we asked them to come back in a few minutes, they never returned. For breakfast, I expected a variety of Greek cheeses, but there wasn’t even a single type...

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with views to die for. However, the room we were placed in, although absolutely stunning, the electrics continuously cut out meaning we could not charge anything, the lights wouldn’t work and the aircon would not work. We spoke to reception the first time it happened, it came back on and within 5 minutes turned back off again and didn’t start working until an hour later...

We had a fantasic 3 day stay at Anasa, the facilities were great, rooms, pool area, and bar. The staff were exceptional....nothing was too much trouble. Our party of 8 arrived at 9:45pm Marcos kept the bar open for us till 12 and offered us food before the chef finished.

Between the pizzeria and the pharmacy behind an iron gate is a simple hotel that offers very clean basic rooms, a refrigerator and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The people are kind, Costa and his wife are very kind and generous. The location is excellent, surrounded by excellent restaurants and nautical activities, sailing, etc.

The owner Kostas was so nice. He treats everyone with kindness and my son loves him. Everyday he greets my son and made him feel special. However, the breakfast needs more improvement, not much of options needs fruits etc.

It's a good hotel but I would recommend to have a car. There is public transport but the island is so big that it's a bit hard to travel via buses. But the staff is super friendly, good pool. Just don't use the washing machine, will make a lot of noise.

The only thing that was bad it had a very bad smell in the room which made us sick but overall it was good.

We stayed at Galini Studios from the 6th of July till the 17th of July (a family of three from Belarus). The room is rather cosy with a kitchen area (a stove, a fridge, a sink, pots and pans, plates, cutleries).
