Terezas Hotel in Sidari

We have just returned from Terezas 2 Hotel in Sidari, Corfu. Overall the hotel and accommodations were good, the staff were very nice and friendly and always happy to help. There were just a few little niggles that let them down. The room itself although nice to look at was in fact quite damp. If we were in the room we constantly had to have the bathroom fan and/or the AC running to try to alleviate some of this. Consequently, your clothes always felt damp when you put them on. We had been made aware that some of the other rooms close to ours had rising damp issues and they had been given a dehumidifier for their room. Apparently their cleaner had to wipe down the walls each day to remove the black mould. Although the room was advertised as a swim up room (515) unfortunately the pool was very cold because it was in the shade practically all day that no one really used it. I ventured in one day and that was more than enough for me. Our sun loungers did not get the sun all day and there were not enough loungers on the other side of the pool, in the sun, for everyone to use. This was a real shame as it was certainly warm enough to be sitting outside even in October. Every mealtime was a buffet and whilst this is great, what was not so great was the fact the food that should have been hot was lukewarm all of the time. It did not matter what time you turned up for breakfast or evening meal it was still the same. That was a shame too as there was some lovely food over our two week stay. Overall I would have maybe come back to the hotel again but I would not pay extra to stay in a swim up room. Unfortunately Corfu let itself down by the debacles of our return flight. The airport could not cope with the alleged higher than normal visitor numbers and it was absolute carnage. All the inbound and outbound flights on Friday 25th October were affected by this. We arrived at the airport at 1100 for a 1400 departure we eventually got out at around 1540 having spent more than two hours queuing to get through passport control. The day was literally saved by a woman from the Bristol flight who ended up doing crowd control for the passport control queue by making announcements to try and get the queue moving through and flights taking off. This was something that Corfu airport staff should have been more than capable of doing and because of this I would seriously consider not returning to Corfu as there is no guarantee that this will improve when the EES system finally starts.

Stayed here 10th to 17th October. It was our first holiday to Corfu so didn't know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and all communal areas are spotlessly clean. The room had a small fridge, kettle and mugs, iron and board, hairdryer and shower gel and was cleaned every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The drinks are reasonably priced. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk to the main ***** but there are a few others bars on the way.

Hotel is lovely, spotless, tha staff are all friendly and helpful! English spoke by many including cleaning staff! Manager Angelo had great rapport with his staff and is very friendly! Highly praise!

Really good hotel. Not too big but all amenities. Staff are wonderful. Always helpful but not overbearing. The cleanliness was superb. We had our room cleaned thoroughly everyday. Everywhere was cleaned . Always immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Lots of coat hangers. Shower great. Hairdryer good. Ironing board provided with a excellent iron. Food was very good. Best chicken biryani I have ever had. The only downsides were: food was not very warm. A lounge area would have been good. After dinner, you had to sit in your seats in the restaurant for drinks and entertainment. Would be nice to chill in more relaxing area. Plenty of sunbeds but not all in sun all day. Overall, a lovely hotel

The hotel was immaculate everywhere was spotless, the staff are exceptional and the food was great with a varied choice of dishes. Highly recommend Tereza Hotel if you want to stay in Sidari

We booked this hotel last minute and wow what a little Gem! We were a family of 4 and we had a private pool villa room and a shared pool room. Private villas are brand new and absolutely beautiful. It had a dividing area with doors in the bedroom to the sofa area which was a very good sofa bed so ideal for families sharing. The shared pool room was fantastic , the pool was shared with 6 other ground floor rooms with your own terrace and loungers then also a decked area the other side of the pool with lovely beds and beanbags. So you got the sun am and Pm. Both the rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The hotel is a boutique style vibe and just so lovely. We did HB and the restaurant area was immaculate and great interiors. Food was good and although a small buffet always plenty of choice and different each night. The staff here really stand out everyone we met was friendly , helpful and worked very hard. We had a power cut there one night due to a storm but the team managed absolutely brilliantly. Lunch menu is excellent and really reasonable and cocktails the best we had in Sidari. We ate out a few times in Sidari , hotel only about 10 minute stroll on flat road into the centre. Great location. I’m so glad we stayed here , whilst it’s listed as 3 star ⭐️ it really is a little Gem , extremely modern , clean and wonderful staff. We would definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at this hote in August. Stayed in a room with a private pool which was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The pool was a perfect temperature. We really enjoyed the food. My husband is vegetarian and I'm a pescatarian. Our son is extremely fussy and only eats relatively plain food so I was prepared to have to eat out but we found we didn't need to. Always lots of lovely tasty Greek dishes, beautiful fresh salads and fresh bread as well as relatively plain meat options and cold meats etc for our son. We all found plenty to enjoy. The location was great too.just at the end of the ***** so nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the beach and bars etc. The only slight complaint is the towel policy. I'm all for reusing towels but on a beach holiday with everyone showering frequently there should be an option to get fresh towels daily if you want them. Other than that though we thought it was perfect. Would definitely stay again if we went back to Sidari.

What a gem of a hotel near Sidari. We had a few days R&R here after our Cruise. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the rooms are well equipped, although you do have to supply your own tea and coffee. If you've booked half board, then breakfast and evening meals are provided on a buffet style basis with a good selection. During the evening meal service the light background music is somewhat drowned out by football being shown on the large TV. This does tend to spoil the dining ambience, so perhaps for those 2hrs during the evening meal service it would be good to turn the TV off temporarily to allow those dining guests to enjoy their greek cuisine. At specific times, the hotel also lays on evening entertainment, such as Greek Nights and performances by certain live tribute acts, which are very well received. The staff at the hotel, from the cleaners to bar staff and waitresses, are all friendly, accommodating and helpful especially Stella. The bar food selection during the day is the usual affair (Gyros, Club sandwiches, burgers and Greek salads to name a few). Vegetarian options are somewhat limited and it doesn't necessarily follow that what you have ordered will end up being served to you. As the chef may have to improvise. The moral here is that if you can't make it don't put it on the menu! If I was to return to this part of Corfu, then the Terezas Hotel would definitely be on my buckets list.

Loved our stay, room great & comfortable, cleaned everyday, public areas were clean and modern, all staff so helpful and welcoming, food fresh, being vegetarian we always found something to eat The only issue and having spoken with other guests who said the same was how cold the pools are, we had a swim up which was great but the water was freezing and the main pool wasn’t much better, the sea was warmer, maybe some solar heating for the pools would be good, then this hotel would be perfect in every way

We’ve just spent 7 days at this hotel and it was fantastic from start to finish.

We were welcomed at the front by friendly staff and checked in by the owner, who was also very friendly the whole time.

The food choices were great! Every day prepared differently and different kinds of meats, vegetables and dishes offered every single evening. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, the food choices were rich and delicious.

The pool is amazing, and you can choose to stay in the deep end or at the shallow end. Nice, quiet and very clean hotel. Beautiful views and decor all around.

Gorgeous restaurant with a lovely setting, also the Greek night on Wednesday was interesting!

All the staff were very friendly. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We 100% recommend! :)
