Just arrived back after a weeks holiday . Hotel was very clean, the food was also good especially the Italian restaurant.bar staff were excellent.beach is next to hotel and all the pools are well maintained.the only thing that lets the hotel down is people always on the phone in the restaurant and bar area when you can hear both sides of the conversation

Do read this to the end. Our room was v good. But it was in a block with undisciplined kids banging the heavy doors over & over again & screaming & rushing along the corridor & setting off the fire alarms. Very good choice if a value for money is considered, kind and helpful reception service. A bit remote but generally good location. The rooms need modernisation , the interior must be at least 25 years old. But for the price we paid you cannot expect the Hilton hotel. This was our second time as a Family to Govino Bay & both times we had an amazing time, beautiful clean apartments, amazing Pool area, reception staff & restaurant staff lovely couldn't do enough for us, pool bar staff maybe not as friendly, a very peaceful location with lovely bars & restaurant's close by, myself & my husband returning back in June 2026 cant wait !!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Corfu. The location was perfect — close to the beach and only a short drive from the old town. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We stayed here 03/09 - 07/09/2025. We arrived at just after midnight, had to wait around 25 mins for somebody to arrive at reception & show us to our room; I then had to walk a long way and up a few hills with three suitcases; whilst my pregnant wife carried our two year old & had my 9 year old walk with her - the guy showing us to our room didn't ever bother the offer to help with the bags or children...

We had a very good stay at Govino Bay Hotel. The price-performance ratio is excellent, with a beautiful pool area including a bar, friendly staff, and convenient parking for both cars and scooters. This hotel is exactly as described. The staff were very welcoming. Rooms were small and a bit too basic but they were functional. Breakfast was a disappointment.. same thing every single day. I lived on coffee and toast. Our balcony was in the shade all day which was a real shame . A good budget hotel with friendly staff, good value and near local restaurants and beaches. The pool is great and has loads of loungers, chairs and umbrellas.
