The room was cleaned on a daily basis, no complains about food, staff or beach. Unfortunately, some guests are doing a lot of noise in the middle of the night (the hotel cannot educate them). We have travelled with a 2 years old baby.

We decided on a spontaneous getaway to here with my husband, mom and 2 year old daughter for a few nights while staying in Thessaloniki. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to come here, we loved it so much we kept extending our stay! 5* hotel in Kassandra with poor value for money The receptionist at check-in was not very kind and attentive to our needs and asks. Others later on were friendlier. We have all that we need it. Best service, twice in a day they change towels and clean the room! We made snorkeling and saw many fish and an octopus. We love it tha Georgian party with a famous singer from Georgia. And Maria from the toolbars very professional

Great place to relax for a few days as a family. Easy beach access, nice pools, convenient restaurants and nice spa. Buffet was good but rather fewer items /increased quality. Overall a nice stay.

I had to most wonderful stay/experience here, the staff could not do more to help, the staff were fun and engaging in all of the bars. The reception team, aways had a smile and were so helpful. I must say, this hotel is very nice! My family goes here for 30 years and it's always a pleasure to be here! Staff is very kind, food is always fresh and delicious and rooms are very clean. Hotel was isolated. Not much entertainment for adults, but the kids loved the discos. The beach was close by, but the pools were freezing - not heated for this time of year. The shower head was broken, the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The food wasn’t very hot either.

My daughter and I had a couples massage with Stella and her colleague. My daughter had a chocolate massage, and I had 20 minutes of intense kneading. The experience was very pleasant. I can highly recommend it — toward the end of our stay, we’ll definitely go for the 40-minute massage as well.
