Potidea Palace Hotel in Nea Potidea

We stayed here for three nights in a Junior Suite and were very satisfied with our experience.

1. Facilities & Environment:
The resort has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and very clean. We often saw staff tidying up the streets and common areas, which kept the whole place spotless. The resort has plenty of ramps and elevators, making it very stroller-friendly — a huge plus for families with young children.

2. Food:
We dined at two different restaurants, and the food was excellent. The main restaurant offered a great variety with a different menu every day, so you never get bored even during a longer stay. There’s also a well-thought-out kids’ menu with lots of choices, which is super convenient for families. The seafood at Acropolis Restaurant was of very high quality and absolutely delicious.

3. Service:
From the reception staff to the cleaners to the restaurant servers, everyone we met was friendly, smiling, and eager to help. The service felt warm, professional, and consistent throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing four-day, three-night stay. This resort truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly destination. There are daily activities for both adults and kids, and the children’s facilities are excellent. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel was very good, Ira, Sara, Zoi and Sia were very helpful and the best staff. The rooms were very spatious and clean, as well as the food was vety delicious.

The hotel is very cute, cosy and clean. The staff speaks several languages and is super friendly. Especially I would like to thank the girls in the restaurant for their hospitality and friendliness- Ira, Sara, Sia and Zoi. They are a part of the Potidea staff with a big heart. I’ve enjoyed everything: the room, the beach, the hotel area and of course the restaurant food and atmosphere. The choice of food is just impressive and super delicious.

The rooms are kept immaculate every day cleaning service is excellent. All the staff is pleasant and well mannered,. The girls in the restaurant waitresses and waiters are excellent, especially the sous chef Vicky , restaurant, floor, manager Sia , and the three servers /waitresses Zoi, Ira,, Sara were always running and serving non stop, my family was very happy and impressed with the services and amenities of the hotel. Food was excellent with a good variety every day and we would recommend and will recommend this hotel to our families and close friends.

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at - I’ve already returned twice in just one season. It’s an ideal choice for families with children: delicious food, a spacious playground, a comfortable beach, and immaculate cleanliness. Many thanks to the hotel manager Albert, whose attention to detail made our stay exceptional. In all my years of traveling, it’s the first time I’ve seen a manager who truly keeps everything under control and makes sure guests feel genuinely cared for. Wishing this hotel continued success and prosperity - we will definitely come back again!

One could not expect more. It’s a resort with a private beach, swimming pool, places for children to play, tennis courts. We had a package all inclusive: five meals, alcohol at outdoor and indoor bars. Only complaint that there were hardly tv channels for Anglophones. Staff was very polite and efficient and rooms well appointed. Free in room bar is filled each day. Twelve-member family spent 6 days happily.

Really nice experience! The food choices were a lot, the property was clean. We would like to give a special thanks to the animation team! Even if we didn’t have kids, we really enjoyed spending time in their activities. Fitness was great every morning!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the service was outstanding, and evey detail was taken care of. We’ve stayed at many places, but this one truly stands out as the best. Not to forget the breakfast, lunch, dinner and the drink at the bar was great and great. The children animation group and more and more we loved the Greek night with the beautiful lady and the most handsome gentleman there voice songs were soooooo beautiful we missed them. Amazing hotel, myself and my boyfriend really enjoyed our week here. The hotel complex is very big and there is so many seating areas with different vibes to choose from depending on your mood. All the staff are friendly and helpful and serve drinks so quickly. Every inch of the hotel is spotless and clean and the room was spacious and top quality. As a vegetarian I had been concerned about the choice of food for me but it was all so amazing. So much choice for people who do not eat meat. The food was delicious and fresh. I removed one star as the hotel serves Tope shark as part of the all inclusive package, an endangered species of shark. The hotel preaches sustainability on boards outside near the pool and on their website but this is obviously not true and essentially false advertisement. Was really disappointed about this and I think they should remove the shark from their menu and not serve it to customers. But overall we had a great time!

Hotel was amazing, the food in the restaurant was really good we enjoyed every meal, the rooms where always clean. The most amazing was a kids club for our kids, the animation, Maria Oliwia Fotis Gianis and Katia did a grate job, our kids love the disco. We will return for sure.
