An amazing experience! Beach is very clean, sea with crystal clear water. Service is so open to help, always smiling people, willing to help. Rooms are very clean, a little bit cozy, but enough space for 3 person
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, everything was wonderful from the food, staff, facilities and last but not least the beach is one of the best in the area there.
The pool bar has a large shared area with tables and chairs. The sea is perfect, its like a pool untill 2 pm when the tide is coming in
The rooms are modern, comfortable, very clean and have daily cleaning and towel change. Its a small resort so its a short stroll to the pools and beach. The pools are quiet and have plenty sunbeds all with umbrellas
We booked with Jet 2 from Edinburgh. Price was very reasonable and actually overall we now realise it was a bargain. Thessaloniki airport was well organised and it was easy to get through in both directions
The other side is a public beach with a wooded area. That’s where the usual watersports are. There is a well stocked shop on the site. We were half board and the food was excellent and varied

Clean pool, clean and useful gym, one of the most beautiful beaches with natural shade, good food (perhaps a slightly better choice of food for dinner). All in all, we will definitely visit this hotel again
There was a huge variety of food. However, it's important to remember (at least for the breakfast and dinner option) that all drinks with dinner are charged. In September, there was ample parking
The hotel was easy to access, and the staff were helpful in delivering suitcases to your room
There was a very nice beach right next to the other part of the hotel (walking through the hotel grounds only took a few minutes)

The hotel manager and his staff are very friendly, the rooms are cosy, the meals are huge and delicious, the prices are moderate

Excellent view and accomodations. A really nice restaurant here, from where you can watch the sunset while you have your dinner.
Beautifull garden with a pool and views on see and hills. Has a little shy rescued dog, and they are kind to her. Large pretty rooms, lot of privacy, lot of nice details, good coffee, frwsh local vine.

Sea may not be the most beautiful you could find in Sithonia but it's clean and kids had a great time. Also,area is ideal for excursions to other places as well. I definitely recommend it and we would come back for sure

On our lazzy days we went swimming right there at the hotels beach and when we felt like it we explored other nearby beaches. One word that describes this accomodation would be PERFECT!

We had a great time in Pella Hotel, Neos Marmaras. The staff was very helpful with us. We got a modern style room on the second floor with balcony and a beautiful panoramic view. We could watch the sunrise each morning
Very friendly stuff! Quick check-in. Clean rooms! Close to the city center and close to shops. Buss stop close to the hotel. If need to rent a scooter is a place 200m away. Beaches close by. Can warmly recommend!
The place is No noisy and we'll organisation, clean and comfortable accommodation. The wiew is marvellous, rare beauty. Pella Hotel is ideally for your holiday!
It's close to the port (5 minutes away) and an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is also available nearby some super markets,shops,beauty salon etc

But, the room… terrible shower, poor water pressure, no towel racks, dead bugs in the room, fusty smell, stains on towels … lots of terrible little details that ruined the whole experience
I particularly liked the decor, both interior and around the seating areas outside!
Location of the hotel was great too, opposite two small beaches which were great swimming spots and about 5 mins to restaurants in the centre of Neos Marmaras
If you can I would ask for a sea view but all the rooms are nice and clean and well equipped

Our stay at Akrotiri Hotel was absolutely great and it made our holiday just awesome. Very nice location, very warm hosts, everything was clean (in the hotel, on a daily basis) and with beautiful surroundings
There is small beach 20m from apartments and it is quite nice for morning/evening swimming but i guess not for the full day since there is no beach bar or something like that

The hotel is situated in the center of the Neos Marmaras near a lot of restaurants and shops. City’s beach is about 10 min away by steps. The owner and the staff were very friendly and nice
The staff is very helpful, we had a nasty situation with our car and Venetia really helped us a lot! I would recommend this place as it has a good balance cost vs quality

Very nice positioned, on a hill with view over the entire city of Neos Marmaras and amazing sunset view over Paradisos. All the rooms have sea view, so don't worry about that

The room was huge, the view is really great, the beds were comfy, it was surprinsingly quiet and well soundproofed, everything was clean. We didn't have any issues and Kali, the owner, seemed very friendly and nice
The perfect stay! The host is very kind and supportive, just perfect. Location, comfort, view, room size and design, everything just matched our wishes. No sound from the other rooms

The sea is wonderful and only 6 meters from the hotel's entrance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable compared with others. Best value for money for family holidays
