Kostas and his wife are the most heartwarming people that we have ever met. The hotel is spotless, all you need (and more) is in the room. Awesome service, and the location of the hotel is just 2-3 minutes from the beach, and the Kikabu beach bar. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a cosy, clean and family friendly place. Will visit again.

Everything is perfect! The room has everything you could need, it’s very clean and the host is incredibly kind! The walk to the beach takes 3-4 minutes. Highly recommend! :)

The Spa massage experience was great! Especially the therapist Maria has magical hands and knows exactly how to relax the muscles. The scents and the lotions used were very pleasing. I'm looking forward to my next massage! :D

Wonderful hotel, great choice for a vacation! The rooms are new and very clean. The host... well wonderful is not enough to cover it. She tended to all our need no matter how strange they were and she was so positive and always smiling. I would definitely come here again next time I plan vacation in Greece!

Rooms are not very clean , reception lady was not very friendly,location was good Toilet and bathroom is very small ,we were forced to plug out the fridge in order to avoid listening to the loud noise during the night

It's a good hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are relateble to the prices. All basic things for a stay are available. Probably it would be better if the owners put some mosquito nets on the windows. We had a little problems at night because of this but generally we spent a nice time.

We stayed two nights there. The room was nice although bit dated. The location was good and the stuff very friendly. Overall for low budget I will recommend to stay there, very good value for money.

Very nice place with a very artistic lobby, where you can meet anyone you wish (even for professional reasons). The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

It's a nice place. The food is nice , the people are welcoming and helpful and the room is ok. When we got here the door couldn't open ,but they helped us. The room is ok ,there wasn't a program in Bulgarian, good thing I know English.... Regardless I liked my stay here.

Well it is in the heart of the city you have a great view and it is value for money. The service is excellent and if you are lucky you may find a parking spot in their parking. I booked in late November (off season) and the prices where fine.

We stayed at the hotel in September. Reading the reviews, we didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised; the room was clean, including the bathroom. The breakfast was very varied and abundant. The waitress even warned us that birds might land on the terrace where breakfast is served, so she recommended sitting indoors. We sat outside anyway, and the pigeons didn't land on the tables...

The bathrooms are renoveted, everything else is old. There is only one power socket next to the bed. The second one in the entire room is behind the TV. WiFi is not great, but its stable. Avererage ~8/2 Mbps Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel with renovated rooms. The location is perfect, free parking is available, breakfast is not various but enough and delicious. The stuff is really nice and responsive for any cases. As recommendation would say to add some cosy details as pictures, flowers, one-time slippers etc.

The good: Hotel's location is great - right in the center of town. The pool and bar on the roof - so great relaxation at the afternoon. Very friendly staff Hotel ia very clean. Oceanis was so much better than expected. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming and left a tremendous impression as we rolled into Kavala for a brief stay. Not bad! We have room without balcony, it was clean, the room without natural light, relative small, but elegant! Bathroom big and very clean, a lot of natural light … not like in the room :) … Air conditioning worked very well, good breakfast bufet ….

Great place - fresh air, beautiful beach, nearby one of the best cities in Greece - Kavala.

Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Area is beautiful. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes... lol after that water is cold.
