Oceanis Hotel in Kavala

I stayed at the Oceanis Hotel in Kavala and honestly had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The staff were kind and easy to talk to, and they really made an effort to make sure everything was okay. My room was comfortable and clean, and it felt like a nice place to relax after a long day. I also loved how convenient the location was — everything was close by, which made getting around very easy. I left with a really positive impression and would gladly stay there again.

Very nice hotel with renovated rooms. The location is perfect, free parking is available, breakfast is not various but enough and delicious.
The stuff is really nice and responsive for any cases.
As recommendation would say to add some cosy details as pictures, flowers, one-time slippers etc.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Kavala. All staff professional and friendly. Rooms with big sized comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with a lot of fresh options. Prices are reasonable as well

Hotel's location is great - right in the center of town.
The pool and bar on the roof - so great relaxation at the afternoon.

The mattress was pretty hard - some like it, others do not. Pretty personal taste.

Bottom line - when arriving to town, the hotel provides good value for money.

Oceanis was so much better than expected. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming and left a tremendous impression as we rolled into Kavala for a brief stay. The room was spacious and the balcony room had a great view, but that said, everyone has access to the roof garden and pool, and the views from there are unlimited. Generally the hotel looks of an older vintage, but it rivals or surpasses newer hotels for cleanliness and facilities.

The staff also were tremendously helpful with locking in a limited parking spot for us in their underground lot without extra cost to us, which was a huge stress releiver as I was traveling with a small child and chasing parking owuld had been tough.

The location is perfectly suited, right in the center of downtown near city hall, the prefecture offices and easy walking distance to the aqueduct, the tower walls and the waterfront for plenty of great pictures. We also made use of the roof pool and pool deck more than once, which offered swimming and great views late into the night and sunset.

The breakfast was good. Some would find it a bit disappointing. We generally were able to find what we needed, others might be unsatisfied.

Overall, nice hotel, great location, would not hesitate to book again.

I had a fabulous stay at the Oceanis. Fantastic location in the middle of Kavala - a thriving and beautiful little town. Very high quality hotel for an affordable price - with rooms recently renovated. Great rooftop pool and a lovely breakfast with a wide selection of options. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back soon!

Well located and well maintained old hotel. It is close to everything in Kavala. You could walk to beach, major square, restaurants, shops and to the famous Monument Apostle Paul Arrival Church. Nice balcony with nice views. Lot of traffic around the hotel building, but it is very walkable hotel. Will revisit next time.

Very nice hotel , very close from the centre has everything around like supermarkets, souvenirs store, coffee store. The staff in front office, breakfast and rooftop - swimming pool are very friendly and amazing. If you looking for one value for money hotel the Oceanis hotel is a very good option.
