It‘s good. Rooms clean, staff friendly. Location is central. Parking lots. Bed is confi, AC and heating works. Perfect for a stay even a little longer. It might be a little noise. Accoustics is bad in the rooms, you hear other guests coming home a lot.

The bathtub/shower could have a curtain or glass panel to prevent all the water from spraying on the bathroom floor.

Really wonderful staff. Rooms were each unique and well done. Fantastic breakfast. But really it was the staff, each one friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location was perfect. The hotel was quiet, and the AC system was working very well. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. You can get all the information you need from the reception; they are really nice people. The room is very very small. Acording to price, I expect wide rooms.

The pool closed at 8 so they could run the sweeper in it… why wouldn’t you run that when people where sleeping. The shower leaked all over the floor and then apparently dripped into the lower floor and then the front desk man comes to our door very late at night and bangs in the door to wake us up and ask if we were running water. Also it is not soundproofed rooms at all and when breakfast started...

We first stayed there a year ago and were very satisfied. When we recently visited the area again, we didn't even consider looking anywhere else—it had to be daLUZ! It's an excellent place to stay. Everything is of high quality, from the room and the surroundings to the breakfast and, above all, the very kind and attentive staff. And all this for a very reasonable price. Truly great value for money...

Beautiful, modern sleek boutique Hotel with a lovely friendly vibe. The partial wrap around swimming pool is particularly stunning and lovely to swim in as it is nice and large. The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable with a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in land but only five minutes by taxi from Preveza. Beautiful looking small boutique Hotel. The architecture is really lovely and modern but still feels homely. The partial wrap around swimming pool is particularly gorgeous. There are plenty of Sun loungers with good changing room and shower facilities. We had a late flight but the staff let us use the pool and the facilities even though we had to check out of our room. Very nice hotel , that is allmost a 10 , but some points must be sorted out before: A. Brakefast is free (included in price) but if you want a coffee ... that is Extra..... B. Beds are too soft so you get ip with back pain C. Service at the reception was an INSULT. The guy was unpleasent , non informative and rude - and he alone is a good reason not to come back - we expect more for our money.

Lovely hotel A great stay at this great modern establishment. The only inconvenience is that they stop serving food at 1930 which for a Mediterranean is too early. Not much in the area unless you jump on a taxi to Preveza. Other than that, lovely all together.

We enjoyed our stay and we will come again. The property is compact and very well designed and maintained. Our room was perfect and the cleaners do a great job. The pool is clean and inviting but the sunbeds, seating and pool would not be sufficient for everyone if all guests want to use them at the same time. Perfect small hotel for our all-too-short break in Preveza. Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff we super friendly and the whole process of check in /check out was smooth and easy. Wonderful stay! Friendly hosts and beautiful views. Short walk to nice beach bars and live music at the hotel next door on a Thursday night. 30 minute walk into Preveza centre - walk to the first beach bar and then along the beach and through the eucalyptus forest! Very happy that we booked this property. Really enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting around from our rental property was simple. It was what was advertised and better. Restored our excitement for our trip after a terrible experience with our paired in full car rental from Carwiz canceled and did not provide us with anything.

Was here two nights 17-19.07.25 with a colleague working in the shipyard at Cleopatra Marina. The hotel was perfect for our needs and only 20 minutes drive to the shipyard. As working, we didn't venture out in the evenings and had the tasty buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant - incredible value at 18€ for three courses. The hotel needs TLC a little old looking but okay with the price. Diner buffet was not what I aspected over priced for the food .€23,00 for a coke and a colt buffet at night. The rest of the hotel nice to stay friendly staff

Its a hotel from the 80s, dated decor...Rooms are ok, overlooking the lagoon in my case, Personnel are very friendly and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily, and good quality breakfast. Enough parking too. Location is 2kms from city centre, during day time one can walk downtown...Not recommended at dark, road is dark and passing by cars makes it dangerous.

A beautiful place to stay. This was my favorite out of all the places we stayed in Greece. The staff was friendly, the rooms were huge! I loved it here!!!

Great hotel. Clean and well maintained Hotel is great. Rooms are massive, comfortable and clean. Pool and service all great. Only strange thing was the first question I was asked was what time I would be checking out 😂. Other than that it’s a great hotel. The pictures are deceiving though as not near the beach. Pool is lovely though and we enjoyed the stay.

Spacious, clean and very friendly. Nearest food about 15minutes away. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy. Good choice if you are happy to cater for yourself.

We looked for 1 night hotel near the airport, family of 5. The location was very close to Preveza airport and the staff was super helpful with checkin and also helped us to order food.

A beautiful and clean hotel in a beautiful place. Very close to the sea, with an amazing sunset. You want to spend hours seeing the sea. When the city was baking with heat, there was always a cool breeze in the hotel garden. Very pleasant stay. I love it.

I’m in LOVE with the beach 😍😍 The best place to stay when you go on vacation! It is a nice hotel that is family type to serve parents with children. The location is ideal in the green with an amazing beach for children with shallow water, service from the beach bar, with a lifeguard and a perfect sunset. We stayed here for only one night, but we wish it was more. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and modern and Dionysis (the owner) and his family made us very welcome. There is a lovely pool area and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Greek hospitality and weather. It's only a short walk (3/4 minutes) to the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon...

Dilapidated hotel, stuck in the 80s and 90s. Close to the center and the port. The staff is friendly and helpful. Left for last time, not so attractive.

Excellent quality/ price. The manager was very friendly! The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was big, clean and not too crowded and the bar at the pool is a plus. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is located not far from the museum of Nikopolis. The only negative thing we could think of is the resonance in the hotel, but we can't say that it's noisy either. The hotel still deserves its 5 stars...

Great sea side hotel, that is perfect for families. It is close to Preveza and other great locations that are worth visiting. There is a pool available, but a close walk from the beach as well.

The hotel is great and its swimming pool enormous. Its rooms and all its spaces in general are great too. The breakfast is mostly home made but rather poor and the staff is very polite and professional. Air conditioning in every room. We all had a great time in the pool even though there are several nice beaches nearby (that we also visited). I totally recommend it for couples or families.

Really nice owners/staff. We came in a week day so there was almost no one in the hotel. Although we didn't enjoy the pool because of our many trips around the lafkada I really wanted to swim there. =) Breakfast was also nice. Oh, and the room was BIG! Basically a suite with mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, couple and single bed, big mirror, etc. Really recommend!

A very nice and cozy hotel in the center of Preveza with modern and comfortable furniture, ideal for families with 2 or 3 kids. The hospitality of Sofia is great. She is very friendly. No doubt that if we return to Preveza we will visit it again.

We had an amazing stay at the Sofita Hotel. The owner and workers there are super friendly and gave great advice about the area & activities in Preveza. Our room was very modern, large, comfortable and clean. The location is great, right in the center of Preveza and you can easily access the city from there.

The hotel location is amazing and has so much near by to see and explore. Our room was fantastic; it was decorated to a good standard, had good amenities, was clean, tidy and comforting. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel warm and welcome. It even comes down to little things like them opening doors for us. We will be back!

Great place to stay for the price, with aircondition and a hot shower. I was there for one night. Very close to the harbour with restaurants and also close to a beach. 🌞 The nice lady at the reception helped me to find busses and call the taxi company.

great location, good quality, beautiful garden and extremely nice owners make this hotel the perfect choice for a family vacation. The village Mitikas is also very welcoming, with nice beaches which were not crowded at all during our stay. The beach next to the hotel has sun beds and umbrellas too

We had a lovely clean spacious room with a balcony . The breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Yorgos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The beach was only a few minutes walk away . Our dog loved it too !

Great location, very close to the airport. Jorgas, the owner of the hotel is very helpful. It seemed like it was going to rain, so he brought us umbrellas immediately. He recommended us a great restaurant where we enjoyed the sunset. The rooms were very clean, and spacious and had large balconies. Highly recommended!!

As far as the hotel, the rooms were so clean , views were beautiful, beds and linens were so soft, slept like a baby, breakfast and coffee was available, walking distance to many restaurants in the area. Great value hotel close to the centre.

Clean and friendly hotel located instinctively easy to find in the centre of Preveza 10 minutes drive from the airport.

They have long duvets! Mind-blowing. Don't expect great luxury, but the owners are just so so nice. The breakfast is overwhelming, and the staff makes you feel just so incredibly welcome. The beds are surprisingly hard, but I've just been so happy here!
