A beautiful place to stay. This was my favorite out of all the places we stayed in Greece. The staff was friendly, the rooms were huge! I loved it here!!!

Great hotel. Clean and well maintained Hotel is great. Rooms are massive, comfortable and clean. Pool and service all great. Only strange thing was the first question I was asked was what time I would be checking out 😂. Other than that it’s a great hotel. The pictures are deceiving though as not near the beach. Pool is lovely though and we enjoyed the stay.

Spacious, clean and very friendly. Nearest food about 15minutes away. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy. Good choice if you are happy to cater for yourself.

We looked for 1 night hotel near the airport, family of 5. The location was very close to Preveza airport and the staff was super helpful with checkin and also helped us to order food.

The bathtub/shower could have a curtain or glass panel to prevent all the water from spraying on the bathroom floor.

Really wonderful staff. Rooms were each unique and well done. Fantastic breakfast. But really it was the staff, each one friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location was perfect. The hotel was quiet, and the AC system was working very well. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. You can get all the information you need from the reception; they are really nice people. The room is very very small. Acording to price, I expect wide rooms.

The pool closed at 8 so they could run the sweeper in it… why wouldn’t you run that when people where sleeping. The shower leaked all over the floor and then apparently dripped into the lower floor and then the front desk man comes to our door very late at night and bangs in the door to wake us up and ask if we were running water. Also it is not soundproofed rooms at all and when breakfast started...

We first stayed there a year ago and were very satisfied. When we recently visited the area again, we didn't even consider looking anywhere else—it had to be daLUZ! It's an excellent place to stay. Everything is of high quality, from the room and the surroundings to the breakfast and, above all, the very kind and attentive staff. And all this for a very reasonable price. Beautiful, modern sleek boutique Hotel with a lovely friendly vibe. The partial wrap around swimming pool is particularly stunning and lovely to swim in as it is nice and large. Beautiful looking small boutique Hotel. The architecture is really lovely and modern but still feels homely. The partial wrap around swimming pool is particularly gorgeous. There are plenty of Sun loungers with good changing room and shower facilities. We had a late flight but the staff let us use the pool and the facilities even though we had to check out of our room. Very nice hotel , that is allmost a 10 , but some points must be sorted out before: A. Brakefast is free (included in price) but if you want a coffee ... that is Extra..... B. Beds are too soft so you get ip with back pain C. Service at the reception was an INSULT. The guy was unpleasent , non informative and rude - and he alone is a good reason not to come back - we expect more for our money.

Lovely hotel A great stay at this great modern establishment. The only inconvenience is that they stop serving food at 1930 which for a Mediterranean is too early. Not much in the area unless you jump on a taxi to Preveza. Other than that, lovely all together.

Perfect small hotel for our all-too-short break in Preveza. Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff we super friendly and the whole process of check in /check out was smooth and easy. Very happy that we booked this property. Really enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting around from our rental property was simple. It was what was advertised and better. Restored our excitement for our trip after a terrible experience with our paired in full car rental from Carwiz canceled and did not provide us with anything.

The owner/manager recommended a local restaurant for us. It was also excellent. We only stayed one night, as we were joining a yacht the next afternoon. Perfectly acceptable hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotlessly clean and all linens were changed daily. The breakfast was ample and in keeping with the hotel. The location was on the edge of the old town and nowhere was too far to walk. Nice pool to lounge around. Very good value for money.

Excellent location but no access by car The hotel is in the best location in the middle of Lefkada city around shops and restaurants and the marina. Big negative point that you are unable to access the hotel with any car, or park there , and you must walk to reach it from a public - usually full- parking. We stayed for one night early November out of season. We were due to catch an early bus to Thessaloniki from the bus station which was a 5 minute walk away so a great location for us. We have just had a two week stay in the Theoxenia which was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This hotel is of a much higher standard than most we have experienced in Greece. Due to a booking error by my travel agency, I didn't have a room. The Eleana Hotel accommodated me at short notice for 10 nights. I was so happy to get a room in this lovely hotel. This is a really nice hotel that with a few tweaks would be excellent. The staff are wonderful , especially Madalena and Anna. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. However, there are no mirrors in the bedroom , only the bathroom and no dressing table, just a desk with a tv over it. The kitchen is basic, and there's no dish cloth , tea towel, or washing up liquid provided. The breakfast...

What a lovely...friendly hotel this is in lefkas... especially magdalena..who was so pleasant and helpful. Also the dear cleaners... they were very friendly. My only fault was very spacious and clean...but over looked the road...which meant no sunshine at all fir drying clothes

Wonderful place to be at least once! The little village restaurant and shops are charming. The Milos beach in my opinion is one of the best the only way to access is via boat or hiking for 20 minutes. The downside is they don’t clean the village beach so this is extremely bad because is very small and busy. In conclusion the best place to be if you have no car.

Best village but too much people in august

The nicest place to stay if you are traveling to Lefkada. It's a very quiet little village with a lot of restaurants right on the beach. Peacefulness is partly attributed to the fact that cars are not allowed in the village. Most accommodations have a sea view. Located close to most of popular beaches on the island. Highly recommended!

Best of the best. Quality, personnel, cleaning, location. Could be better with a parking as in the high season you might find to park really far away and on the street but nevertheless I would stay again and again here without even thinking of it

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. If you are going to Lefkada this hotel is the best one to stay. From the beginning till the end of our stay everything was perfect. My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a week during September 2021 and really enjoyed it. The rooms are perfect, clean, and really nicely decorated. Crystal waters was by far our favorite place to stay in our entire trip to Lefkada Greece. It’s modern with stylish decor and the views were stunning of the mountains and shore. Beautiful location with ,,free” sunsets every evening , very quiet location with private road and parking. Cleanliness is 10/10 , from cleaning the house to the pool, everything is fresh and nice. We really felt like home , we had everything we needed to live there.

The maisonette Erato was above the town of agios nikitas. There a 4 villas on the site, all with their own small pool. Our villa looked larger than the rest. 3 minute drive to main road where you need to park to get to village, as cars are not allowed. You need transport as road is up hill narrow and winding through forest area. There are Many restaurants in the village. A lovely beach and boat trips...

Without doubt one of my favourite spots I stayed in a long time. Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by the most welcoming host. Everything was to the highest standard and the location was just perfect! The stone buildings and charming layout of the hotel really made it feel different from standard resorts. It had a boutique feel, with traditional touches that added character. It made our stay feel more authentic and memorable.

Our room was larger than expected, and we loved the balcony overlooking the water. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it that way every day. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in on the islands.

I could highly recommend this hotel. It is nice and clean with an amazing swimming pool. As it is in the middle of the island we can easily reach the west and a south part of Lefkada.We discussed that we would return soon with our children. Thanks to Vlasis and Christos for everything!

Amazing place. This is family owned and the service was off the charts. Chris and Vlassi go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and have everything you need. Great breakfast buffet as well. Plenty of beautiful famous beaches around, short drives, and only a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Nydri as well.

The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. It's a family business. Good area, close to taverns and beach. The building is new but I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to the outside - it should plant some plants, arrange 1-2 areas with chairs, etc. It looks like an unfinished place. The pool didn't work when I was there.

We stayed in the split level apartment for the 2nd year in a row and it was just as nice as last year. The apartment has a double and twin room on the top floor and a double sofa bed in the lounge so big enough for 6 although we only had 4 of us. Good location, as easy flat walk into town but in a quiet street. Lovely pool and very clean apartment.

We booked a seaview studio for 10 nights. First 2 nights they put us in some provisory room with street view which it was very noisy, AC broken, hair dryer broken. The other 8 nights the room was ok. One day the power was out Breakfast was poorly, only a few dishes and after one hour they began to lack forks and coffee cups and little spoons..... Every time i had to ask for something. The pool is smaller...

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did stay at the beach part for two days. The service team was very nice and helpful and the drinks were rather good. Only area they fall short in is the food which i have not experienced positively besides the fries.

We had a villa with private pool for a week. Given what we paid, we would have expected better. The villa was nice but poorly equipped. Pots and pans but no utensils. Nothing to dry washing up with. Very little crockery. A wine fridge but no bottle opener. The furniture was ok but showing signs of wear with fabrics that are stained. It felt like a number of the staff were new, with frequent arguments...

Lovely hotel in a good spot but let down by a couple of silly things. First few days at breakfast we had a large bowl of greek honey to use with our creamy yoghurt. However, for the last 3 days they supplied prepackaged honey which was so crystallized that not much poured over the yogurt. Presumably this was old stock being got rid off. Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Unfortunately while we were there the restaurant had been closed due to lack of visitors to the resort. Good swimming pool with a small pool bar we're food is available.

Nice quiet hotel with modern tidy rooms. The pool is nice and there is enough space for you to sunbathe and chill. The host is very friendly as so is the staff! Breakfast is great.

Beautiful hotel in the right location a only 10 minute or less walk to the main bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly recommending places to visit room was cleaned every day and the towels changed daily. We will definitely be back.
