We stayed at Nikos apartments for 10 nights, two families with 3 kids at the beginning of July. We were impressed with the property and the accommodation amenities. You can rarely see a place where everything is so well equipped and so well organized. The garden is absolutely amazing - full of flowers, palm trees and various plants. This spectacular greenery is filled with the perfect garden furniture which the guests can enjoy 24h. The whole garden is made for the guests who wish to relax their body&mind 😁. The children's playground area is also so well equipped and safe. The house keeper, lovely Georgia is always available for the guests and ready to help anytime. She makes sure everything is always clean and beautifully arranged across the whole yard, together with other staff. In 5 minutes walk you can enjoy a wonderful small beach looking like a private lagoon. We really had a great vacation here and I hope we'll visit Nikos apartments again.

budget vacation at it's best.
building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance.
rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud.

Recommendation, a special for family with kids. Safe place with privacy. Location is close to all major beaches. Very nice hosts, all of them. Thanks to Nikos and his main man madam Georgia.

Nikos is amazing! He answered at midnight in our phone call, as we had an issue with an other apartment in the area.
He found us a room in his apartments, and immediately we had a clean and cozy room to sleep.
Everyone in Nikos Apartments is kind, with a smile, to help or to treat you coffee.
Definitely, we will visit it again!

Very clen and neat! The owners are so polite and helpful. The rooms are small and cozy. There are a nice and big garden with kinder play yard. The parking area is wide and great. There are a lot of spaces for everyone.

The place itself was great. It was very fresh and clean, it has everything and the hosts were amazing people! Very polite and responsive. The only reason I give four stars are the mosquitoes that are quite common in the area and the noisy neighbors. It was difficult to rest before midnight.

Among the best places I've ever stayed. The personnel and the host was really friendly, helped with everything regarding the room and also gave suggestions where to visit. The room was clean, comfortable, with air-condition, quite, and the place has a cool garden with chairs, some board games, kiosks and a hammock. We definitely highly recommend people to stay here!

Very clean rooms! Nice garden with cozy common areas and 3 BBQs and very nice playground. It needs a little bit of renovation of bathroom but it acceptable. The owners was super polite and help us in everything we need. I definitely recommended for families with childrent!

Nice clean apartment. Beautiful yard especially for families with young children. All nice beaches are in a range of 10mins drive.
