Located on the Peninsula of Kassandra, in Hanioti village, 5 km from Polychrono, 5 km from the beach, 90 km from the airport "Macedonia" Thessaloniki.
Consists of a complex of buildings.
The hotel has 35 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

My mum and I stayed here in May for our first trip to Halkidiki, and it was such a pleasant experience. Although it’s only rated as a 3-star hotel, it felt perfect for what we needed. The hotel was immaculate and very well maintained.
Breakfast was decent — the selection wasn’t huge, but there was enough variety to start the day. The staff were all lovely, from reception to the cleaners, and they made us feel very welcome.
The pool area was beautiful, with a small pool and a bar. We never had any trouble finding a sun lounger in May, though I can imagine it might get busier in July/August.
The location was one of the best parts. There’s a supermarket just across the road and plenty of restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk.
Overall, a great little hotel that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Dionysos Hotel was located in a great location in Hanioti with some of the best restaurants nearby. Reception were extremely good (a big shout out to Maria) as were the pool guys. I had paid for a Superior Double Room which overlooked the pool - it had a hob, a sink & a phone in the bathroom but that was the only difference apparently between a basic room & mine.
Housekeeping we're good in general- quickest room cleaning I've ever experienced. They didn't remove any cups or saucers or glasses during my week there & I was informed by Reception that I had a sink so could do it myself!! Not impressed by this as there were no cloths, liquid etc. I didnt book in as self catering- its a Hotel so expected this to be done. After talking to other guests in standard rooms their crockery wasn't removed either so can't understand hotels response to do it myself - pay more & wash up yourself!!
I think it's important to talk to the hotel before posting a negative comment so was surprised by the Reception response to my query.
On another occasion bed sheet was left on my bed to make myself so that was another mark against the hotel. After speaking with other guests it wasn't just me. Disappointing but easily remedied by hotel if they choose to.
Pool & poolbar opens at 11.00 & sealed beforehand by barriers. Its not heated & around 1.5m in depth. Usual guest towels on beds by 7.30 & nobody there despite notices saying not to. Not a huge number of beds in the sun so you definitely have to be there early.
Breakfast was reasonable- a selection of breads, pastries, fruit, hot & cold food etc. A good selection overall for a week but if you were there longer you may struggle.
Minor issues overall and it's a lovely hotel for solo travellers, couples etc.

I am pleasantly surprised by the hotel and room , everything was perfect , clean. We got new towels every day. Parking is easy to find for free by the hotel on the street . Staff is very kind and welcoming ! I recommend staying here 🫶🏼

decent hotel! good breakfast! 🍽️ nice location and we love the atmosphere, would suggest them to put some coffee & tea in the room since otherwise having kettle doesn’t make any sense.

This hotel shouldn't be advertised for any family holiday, the pool doesn't open until 11 every morning also they remove your towels from sunbeds , children or adults get told off in the pool for having fun or splashing , neither can you drink or eat anything around the pool unless purchased from them . It definitely doesn't feel like a holiday environment ruins the holiday.
Breakfast is very basic , rooms are clean and modern , the pool area isn't big enough and doesn't provide enough facilities .

Hotel very nice, staff very helpful especially Marianne went above and beyond to help. Pool area excellent and pool bar food was perfect. Restaurant food breakfast only was excellent (hotel was only bed and breakfast).

Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Hanioti and 5 min walk from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in 2-6 min walking distance.

The location is beautiful, clean, has a restaurant and swimming pool, comfortable rooms, very kind staff, the rooms are cleaned every day. You can pay by card or cash. The location is very close to the beach, about 7 minutes and 5 minutes from Hanioti where there are many shops and terraces, restaurants.

Great hotel, very clean, beautiful pool, tasty breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Possibly more suitable for couples then families with kids as there are no doors into the bathroom. Also the beach in the town was very dirty when we arrived.

We were thankful that when our initial visit fell apart due to the fact that our car broke down in the middle of the road, the hotel agreed to reschedule our reservation and we just had to pay the season difference to the price.
The hotel was okay for a couple of nights- good location, clean rooms. The staff at the reception were very polite.
The baby cot was a bit of uncomfortable for our baby - most hotels offer additional mattress than the one in the cot package. So our baby ended up sleeping on the bed with us, and I got 0 sleep.
Two days in a row we pressed the do not disturb button and added the card on the door handle as we did not want housekeeping to get into the room - both days they did. They do a really good job, however we did not want to have anyone else in the room. We did not mention that to the reception the first day though as we thought it was by accident, but on the second day it happened again. (It was a 3 days stay).
There was no iron that we could borrow even for a fee, I ended up buying one.
The hotel parking is 10 euro per day. Plenty of space if there is nowhere to park on the street.
