My ferry was cancelled the first day. couldnt get to the island due to inclement weather. all ferries were cancelled or delayed by 15 plus hrs. My first day was not refunded, or credited. - or even partily refunded.The lady at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and said there were many people in the same situation. So is that suppose to make me feel better? Bad situation made worse. not impressed...

The service here is excellent, and the breakfast is superb with a wide variety of choices. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, including the rooms. It also has a private beach, making it truly worthwhile to stay here. The only minor drawback is that there's no shuttle bus to the city center at noon; it only runs from 7 PM onwards (although many restaurants also open around 6-7 PM).

The Mykonos grand had fantastic service and great accommodations. We were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, a tour of the premises, and our bags were taken immediately upon arrival. A completely carefree holiday!

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash.

The hotel is located in a nice spot on the island and is protected from the winds, there is an easy access to the beach from the hotel but this beach is kind of small. The bus service from the hotel to the city center is pretty convenient. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and took care of our needs.

We had the perfect stay at Lovia. The hotel is located in the best spot in Mykonos. Breathtaking views and you can easily walk to Mykonos town (it's steep but with flat shoes it's not a problem at all) so no need to spend on taxies or rentals. And the staff was just lovely and very accommodating. Lovia, thank you for having us, we would gladly stay with you again in the future.

Overall the hotel is great. The staff are nice and room service is quick. Major downside is the sound proof as could hear people bringing back girls and then said girls leaving a few hours later. Also could hear conversations in what must have been the hallway whilst trying to sleep.
