All the staff was incredibly kind and makes you feel at home! The car driver that transport us was really nice ! but specially Nasia in the bar , we re really gonna miss her. She treats you like a mom, takes care of you and she prepares and amazing food and cocktails, She’s gold!!!!!! But thanks to everybody in the hotel!!! All that you need you can have it there! Having stayed at several hotels over the years, this was by far the best I have ever experienced. All the staff members were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and the staff was more than happy to help arrange a taxi to take me to different places. Such a beautiful place! Staff was absolutelly kind and opened to help with anything. Location is great, only a few minutes walk to Ornos beach and close to the bus stop. We would love to come back!!!

I stayed at the hotel for a week, the staff were super helpful and so friendly, I was there on a solo trip and they helped me navigate the area and suggested places for me to go. They were always eager to help and I used their transfer service to get to and from the airport which was so helpful and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were dreamy, and it's very close to the city center, within walking distance. The breakfast selection was also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, nice location. We loved the private balcony and not tub. Little venice was a 15-20 minute walk. Only one very close walkable restaurant.

The hotel is located on a bluff. From the balcony of our room, the view is wonderful (though during our 3 night stay in late September, we couldn't use the calcony due to strong wind). The breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to the center of town (10 min or so) but there is no side walk per se - you'll have to walk on very narrow shoulders of the road...

This was a really nice stay for a first time in Mykonos. I enjoyed the views from the room, convenience of the area, as well as the nice free breakfast spread. Will definitely stay here again(shoutout to the driver Dimitri)

Really friendly staff who are very helpful and go out of their way. Rooms basic but fine for the price.

It's good location and walking distance to the Mykonos town. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is ok. Last but not least check the sheets and pillow cases. The house keeper sometime does not do a very good job for cleaning. Other than that is a very nice and having an awesome view to the beaches.

George the host is definitely one of the best I've ever met. He's been taking care of all of our needs. He apparently knows everything about the island and he's super friendly. It simply exceeds all of our expectations. The room itself is new, cozy, and stylish. The in-room WiFi speed is fast enough to do almost anything (even your cloud photo backup!) The room we got was incredibly small with no privacy or separate bathroom space to shower. If you're not a couple or intimately affiliated, it's an extremely tight squeeze. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from Mykonos Town but the road has no sidewalk, which makes it not a very nice walk and quite dangerous I would say, so if you stay there I would suggest to rent a car as a safer and easier way to commute. The sheets were not clean on our 3rd night and full of sand. Breakfast was ok. The complementary transfer is very helpful.

Lovely hotel. I was only there for one night and arrived late and left quite early, so didn't get the full hotel experience, but the room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were lovely. If I get a chance to come back I would definitely book to stay again.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the town, the pool is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room I received had old, ugly furniture. The photos during booking show a renovated room with different furnishings than the one I received upon arrival. If you want a more modern room, choose a different hotel.

Great for overnight in Mykonos Great stay, particularly good for overnight near airport before getting ferry the next day. Hotel is great, as was breakfast but be aware taxi from airport is €40, which is the going rate for taxis in Mykonos ! This is no fault of the hotel. Bus to the ferry port is €3.

We were only here for a night before island hopping but we had a lovely time. The rooms had everything we needed including a mini fridge and breakfast was great! We had just enough time for a quick dip in the pool before checking out. Close to the town which is great too!

Good Good location. The breakfast was the same everyday, but it’s not a problem for me. The WiFi is unstable in the room, sometimes working, sometimes not working. The pool have a good size and the staffs was friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Zannis’ hotel! The grounds were beautiful with stunning views of Mykonos Old Port and surrounding areas. The Fabrika bus station was steps away- note there is a big hill to get up and down, so take a cab if you’re carrying heavy bags. Very cute boutique hotel with everything you may wish for. The room was impecably clean, had enough space, and a stylish bathroom with all toilettery options one could ask for. Anna from reception really made my stay, she was super friendly, accomodating, and made me feel very welcome at instant.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days. The room we got had two separate single beds. We talked to the staff, and they gave us a different room the next day. Nice and central location. The hotel is located on a small street, so it's quiet there in the night :) I recommend!

Great location, great family owned hotel. WiFi wasn't the greatest but when you have such a nice location to explore it doesn't matter. I would stay here again.

Not sure how this is not a 4 star hotel because the rooms are amazing, the shower is luxurious, the territory is clean, the owners are super nice and the breakfast amazing with a lot of choices and fresh products! This is such a gem! We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day. It’s also 15 walk down the hill to the old town, so no taxis needed. I’d definitely come again!

The hotel receives you with typical happy Greek style. Check kn is extremely fast and painless, think I never seen check In that casual. The gardens and common areas are spotless. The rooms are somewhat renovated and are pretty luxurious to what you pay for. The cleaning lady is nice person and cleaning of the rooms are done in afternoons so you can sleep late. The bar and pool are better than in pictures...

We were greeted personally by Mrs. Spanelis, the owner of the complex. This welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

a really great option if you're more on a budget. the room is great with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. there's a terrace upstairs which is great for watching the sunset over the port. I tried breakfast only one day and it tasted a little stale. the location is about a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the new port and mykonos town.

This was one of my favourite places to stay in Mykonos. Our ferries got cancelled leaving Mykonos and Helen, the owner helped us to find a new accommodation when almost everything in the town was booked up. The rooms were so clean and the staff was extremely friendly. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks for everything Helen :)
