Stayed a few days last week. Hotel looks nice, but safety is zero — multiple room break-ins, including our. No cameras on the premises. There’s no security, and the hotel can be easily accessed by strangers. It feels very vulnerable to theft. Some rooms need renovation. Not worth 4 stars. Beach staff were professional, but you have to spend at least €50 per couple for sunbeds on a beach.

Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. Ideal location, one street from the beach and restaurants but extremely quiet. Great pool area, lovely big room with attention to detail. Sockets by the beds, bedside lamps, lots of tables etc. Two pillows each, great shower, all the important stuff that is so often lacking was all here.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The only small comment would be that the shower did not have a shower curtain so water would get in the floor in the bathroom but each day the staff would clean it and give us clean towels. The pool was very nice and a great addition to our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Our first time with Colosseo apartments - this was the perfect accomodation for us to a very fair price. Great and very clean rooms, amazing service and free transfer to and from harbour. We stayed 7 days. Outstanding location, could not have been any better. Reception was very accomodating and flexible with check out. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent communication with the property owners, including free transfers to and from the port. Brilliant location less than 5 minutes walk from Agios Prokopios beach and close to supermarket and bus stop. Fridge and kitchenette were particularly useful and we cooked simple meals. A wonderful little oasis of peace away from the main strip where you find the bars and restaurants, you have to take a short walk over the (dried) salt lake to get there. Perfect location, right next to the beach and close to public transport. Our room was very nice and kept spotless clean during our stay. The included breakfast at Macao Beach Naxos (2 min walk) was also amazing and all the staff were excellent, specially Mrs. Georgia who also helped us with car rental and tips for Naxos.

I was here with my fiancee back in 2019, but I remember it like yesterday. A family business with a local restaurant nearby, the landowners greeted us with snacks and drinks and they were the most helpful people ever! We plan on returning very soon!

Great value for money with friendly staff and things like restaurants cafes and a supermarket within walking distance, the beach is very close which is good to get a chair early and the rooms are pretty good for not a lot of money. It might have been a luxury when it was built some years ago. The living room has a concrete bench with two pillows on each side. There are no cushions, so sit on the concrete seat if you want to watch TV. The place needs updating, especially the dining table. There is only one port in the bedroom to charge your devices. The shower/steam room needs updating because steam is wearing down the shower...

Nice location not on the water but walkable to Agios Prokopios. They can arrange a car for you. Breakfast was great. We had dinner the grilled octopus was delicious. They have an extensive bar, especially for whiskey and bourbon lovers. We had a share pool, which we had all to ourselves.
