Hotels with sea view in Paros

The rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the overall scenery of the hotel made it feel like a true escape. One of our favorite parts was relaxing by the pool with the seaview—it was peaceful and incredibly pleasant

We also rented a car through the hotel, which worked perfectly and was fairly priced compared to what we saw at the port. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures, simple, bright, and very clean

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing—right by the sea with stunning views and easy access to everything

Breakfast was superb, with enough variety to start the day without being excessive. This is a small resort, but it delivers the kind of experience you’d expect from a much larger, upscale property

The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. The pool area is lovely and extremely clean, even though we didn’t end up using it much

Aris, the owner, picked us up himself and was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. He answered every question, helped us with local tips, and made everything feel easy

The breakfast in the morning is great, with all of it being made in house and is homemade! The staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! I highly recommend this hotel! 5/5!

This hotel is an absolute gem when visiting Paros! The hotel is lovely, centrally located, very clean, and run by a local family (all of which are amazing, especially George and Anna)

She takes care of everyone and personally prepares breakfast, which is absolutely delicious. It’s a small family-run hotel where you truly feel at home. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable

Stayed here for 5 days on our honeymoon and could not recommend this hotel more! Christos is AMAZING!! He is super accommodating and knowledgeable about all things Paros. He helped us book restaurants, tours and taxis

Him and his staff are very friendly. Breakfast was yummy and staff are always there making sure your water is filled and your plates are full. We like Paros, but Christos and his team made us LOVE Paros

The location is great - sea views (short walk to beach) and short walk into the lovely town of Nauosa. We’ll see you in 2027 Cristos!

Nothing was a problem, his knowledge of Naousa and his relationships with the top restaurants enabled us to secure bookings, the best tables and the highest level of service… the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, different each morning with delicious savoury and sweet pastries cooked by the in-house chef

Christos is the key that makes this small boutique hotel work - he is committed to making sure every guest has what they need for the day. His dinner suggestions were on point and he has good advice (you should take it!)

He even helped us get to our next hotel by calling to make sure the time the room would be ready. The other staff are also amazing. Laundry was easy - we asked the hotel to do a small load and it was back next-day

The rooms are nice and the pool is excellent. Kouros is right next to the warm sea and a beach, and is only a 3 minute walk to the town centre. The people here are lovely and very friendly

A great location on Antiparos - close to town but on the outskirts where it was quiet and easy access to the walking trails to the beaches. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful with all of my needs

The pool and grounds are beautiful! The ferry, the village shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and there is a hiking path right out front for short walks or a circuit of about 6km along the beautiful north coast of Antiparos

We spent a week at Kouros Village, and had the most relaxing, wonderful time. The owners, Vassilis, his daughter Iliada and son-in-law Christos are kind and welcoming people. They and their staff took great care of us

A gem of a place Christos and his team are so welcoming and friendly. A beautiful little hotel out of the wind (much needed) we had a superior suite and it was wonderful. Newly renovated, large and well equipped

Breakfast excellent! I gave 4 for facilities because of the shower room. It’s so small and no door there for water splashes everywhere outside of the shower area. Otherwise everything is a 5!

Only downside is the bathroom. In comparison tot the hotel and rooms itself it is very outdated and i think mainly the shower needs a update with a little more space to place your toiletries (bag)

Then the thing that made me most happy was the private car parking. Paros visitors mostly will have to rent cars to get around and to have a nice safe space to park in a busy town is so appreciated

Front desk staff were very helpful and personable. Breakfast had a nice, tasty variety each morning. Very welcoming lobby and breakfast area. Rooms are a nice size and well appointed.

The family run hotel was very welcoming. The seaside facing room had a wonderful little patio to sit on with a beautiful view of the sunsets, a great space to enjoy a bottle of wine

Not the main area in the island of Naxos if you are looking for nightlife and the bars/restaurants that are the “most popular” however we found great dining options in a walking distance as well as lots of shopping and bus/ferry access 8min walk

The beach was a few meters from the balcony separating by a road but it isn’t an issue, the hotel is next to many restaurants and shops, it is about 10 minutes from the centre, bus stop and the port, really convenient

I felt safe walking around at late night. The room was clean and kitchenette had everything we needed, the only downside was the shower cubicle was small. Overall it is a pleasant hotel and we would stay here again

The hotel is right on the beach, you can't ask for closer. The staff is awesome, the room and the common area are clean and well maintained. We had a great time and will book again with them.

The location could not have been better. Walking distance from shopping, ferries, rentals etc. Amazing restaurants in the area. Staff very helpful, room spacious, very clean, balcony

The room was clean, spacious enough, and the balcony was great! The pool is awesome! Our ferry got canceled on the day we were supposed to check out, and Kanale’s offered us a new room for the same price we had been paying

My daughters and I stayed at Kanales. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was spacious for the three of us (with one bed in a separate area) and the room had a charming Greek vibe

The new room was AMAZING and probably cost far more than we paid for it. They also helped arrange the rental of a buggy and all other transportation that we needed

However, we were surprised to find that it was a shared vehicle, and the car arrived late, leaving us rushed and stressed to catch our ferry. We were honestly disappointed with how this part of the service was handled

This hotel is located about a 10 min walk from the middle of Naousa, where the shopping and restaurants are

Always with a smile and a friendly demeanour Ada behind the bar in the evenings became a friend and we had many great chats with her plus she makes a wonderful cocktail

Zefi hotel in Paros was in a prime location walking distance to the bus stop and the main part of Naoussa. Our room was lovely and the hotel had a glorious pool with lounge chairs and a bar to enjoy

The hotel is pristine, like it was new even though it isn’t. Beautiful breakfast spread and the pool area was incredible. The spicy margarita was my favourite on the cocktail menu but I doubt they make a bad one

Our only downside was we could hear loud noises of plumbing in our room when others were using water and our shower was very weak in terms of pressure and wouldn’t stay hot or cold

The buffet breakfast was also great and a huge thank you to the lovely man that was our waiter every breakfast he was always very happy and welcoming

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

This was a short stay, only two nights. However, it was possible to enjoy what Anthippi offers

But the matrass was amazingly comfortable. Great sleep quality and, due to the location a little bit out of the busy town, very quiet. There is s cozy swimming pool and panoramic tables for breakfast

We were welcome at 8,30 at night by a charming Lady who, the morning after, went out of her way to create a tailor made itinerary for us. The room was small but charming, with its creative decor

We booked the top floor roof terrace and it was wonderful to sit there in the mornings and evenings, with 360 degree views and total privacy. The washing machine and great bathroom were welcome too

Beautiful and lovingly cared for property. Immaculately clean and well stocked. George and his wife were a godsend. Got in late and she made us food since we were exhausted

They also upgraded us at no charge since we were the last guests of the season. George helped us get to the ferry after he couldn't find a taxi service available

Kontaratos studios is the perfect place to stay when visiting Paros. The rooms are perfectly sized and well taken care of. It is situated only a 20 minute walk from the port and is tucked away so very peaceful

The apartments are located in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk from the beach and plenty of great restaurants. We’ll hopefully be able to stay again on our next visit to Paros and would highly recommend!

Our room was extremely tidy and cosy, and we had space on the terrace to read and relax in the afternoons before heading out for the evenings

Owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the rooms were well equipped and clean, balconies were great to have and I always try to stay in Livadia when visiting Paros, so I look forward to coming back to Cyclades Studios in the future

Panos and his father were so kind and accommodating and we had a beautiful quiet space with outdoor seating (on the beautiful mosaic tiled floor Panos has created himself), steps from the seafront, shops, restaurants

A hidden gem, a highlight of our trip This was the last minute booking as we had staggered off a very choppy catamaran crossing and couldnt face travelling any further! It turned into one of our fabourite stays of our entire trip

I would give it 6 stars if I could. Amazing owner, Panos, could not do enough for us. We only had 2 nights in this little paradise, but by the time we left we felt like we made a friend

The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. What truly stood out was how the staff went out of their way to meet our needs, ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional

Location was amazing and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Only a 6-8 min walk into the main town. Rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday and the swimming pool is a bonus in the summer heat.

There is a lovely bakery two minutes away ,with good coffee and pastry of any kind, and since we are not very «breakfast people» we ended up bringing that tasty snack- enjoying it on our private fantastic terrace! The hotel has a short walking distance to cosy Naoussa centre, and a lovely beach; Agioi Anargyroi- (12 min walk)

With thanks to Angela and all of her tips for exploring the island (including a day trip to Antiparos), we found the location perfect for being ‘close enough’ to downtown yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing - perfect for our twice daily retreat to the Villa’s pool

We upgraded to the most fantastic en suite with great view! Angela and Theodor were always helpful,warm and friendly-thank you! They also arranged a transfer from the hotell to the port and gave valuable information about weather and possible boat cancellations

The staff are super nice - waited for us after hours to check in and allowed us to check out a little later. The pool is phenomenal! Once you sit there you wouldn’t wanna leave + decent food with reasonable prices

A lovely, small and peaceful hotel. The staff are very friendly and you feel looked after from arrival. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool bar and swimming pool are a great space for relaxing

There’s a beach 3 min walk that we went to twice and totally loved how close it is. There’s also a close by market that we used for water and snacks! The hotel is 10-15 min walk to Naoussa city centre

The transfer service to and from both the airport and the port was smooth and very convenient. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile

Possibly the best view of Paroikia and very comfortable. The place is very nice and clean. Not closest to shops but with a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes drive you are in the centre of Paroikia.

Comfortable double bed, kitchen with hot plates, a microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, wardrobe, safe, 3 seater lounge chair, TV and a reasonable sized bathroom

Peppina was a great resource for beaches, dinner and sights. Laundry service is available. Room was large with a balcony, view of the bay and harbor

Our second stay at this property still has us in love with the comfortable living, the ease of accessing the beach, the restaurants and the views of the port

We stayed four nights at Margarita studios, and it was a delight. Stella and her staff are wonderful hosts: open, friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, as is the pool, and the beach is just a short walk away

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with special touches from Stella and her staff. Lovely pool with day beds and bean bags to chill in. Very good breakfast and home made food. You do need a car as taxis are expensive

Fabulous place to eat greek spécialités. Very kind welcoming. Best stuffed vine leaves of Paros ! And less but not least you can dive into the beautiful pool of the restaurant !! A paradisiac place in Paros.

Beautiful and friendly place with a very deep, refreshing pool, spotless rooms thanks to daily cleaning, and a great location just 7 minutes from Naoussa, very close to some calm beaches even with meltemi

They made our stay so easy, even making us want to stay by the pool most days because we loved it there so much. The rooms are immaculately clean, maids come every day

We had a really lovely stay here. The apartment was very clean, and the space was perfect for two people. What stood out the most was the staff – every single one of them was extremely friendly and helpful

We had an issue the first night and Yannis dealt with it immediately, all was resolved and everyone was happy. Our little suite had everything we needed and the views were stunning from our balcony

The view is worth it! Statro studios was in the perfect location for us. Lisa checked us in and was a wealth of knowledge about where we should explore and eat… so appreciated and helpful

There were four of us staying in our suite and the only request was that the cot beds were more comfortable for our old bones. We would definitely stay here again!
