Stratos Apartments & Studios in Parikia

Beautiful ocean view and scenery from room 37. The staff ere friendly. The kitchen set up was very poor. No toaster, no coffee machine, rusted hot plate, not even salt or pepper. No cutting board, basically a hot water kettle and a small fridge.
The worst part was the constant traffic noise coming from right to the property. Waking up several times during the night.

Staff member was very rude and unprofessional. Would not stay or recommend this hoeltel!

Good location, close to harbor and city center and nice sunset view from hotel.
Nevertheless, the hotel is reminiscent of a hostel and the comfort of the bed was not amazing.
The big downside to our stay was the staff. We wanted to book a quad with the hotel, but we realized afterwards that there was a promotion on the website that had not been mentioned to us in person. We found it strange as a resident of the hotel not to be able to take advantage of a discount published on the website... So we simply asked for an explanation, the staff became very unpleasant, to say that we wanted to create trouble for nothing... The staff was very unpleasant and a lady at the reception was even a little aggressive by raising her voice towards us. We just wanted to understand the reasons for this way of doing things. For all this, I would not recommend this hotel.
