We were greeted and introduced to the place in the most friendly and open manner, were given an overview of all the places around and things to do, a tour through the log house and even got help ordering food (we don't speak greek)

Breakfast is lovely, and you can pick organic vegetables and herbs from the garden, just outside your chalet to add to your meals. We were traveling with children and they loved it there

My husband and I stayed in the wooden cave. We absolutely loved it! The views were spectacular! Customer service was awesome! We had such a wonderful time, we will visit again!

Great location, friendly hotel service

A standard and old hotel. The doorman and front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. It is within walking distance of various restaurants for dinner, so it is a good place to rest.

Beautiful scenery, clean and sanitary

On the last night, the hot water pipe in the corridor burst at 4:30 in the morning. It took half an hour to control it. A lot of water came into the room. We arranged another room after 5 o'clock

Wonderful hotel on the boardwalk in Loutraki. The hotel has a grand and elegant old style vibe. The best room is the 2nd floor corner suite with wrapped balcony. It was so nice I barely wanted to leave it

We were upgraded to a big room with sea view. The rooms were clean. In terms of decor it is a weird mixture of old and partially renovated. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff.

The hotel is old and the room I stayed in needed some serious renovation. The price was low enough though and I knew what I was getting. However, I can't say the same for the hotel's coffee shop

We had the biggest room on the top floor, but the balcony was incredible! We watched the sunset from it and it was just gorgeous. Amazing view! And the room was very clean and comfortable

The windows have hurricane shutters, so night is dark and quiet. There was even blue mood lighting! We loved it
