Nice hotel! It can be a bit confusing to find at first, there is an open air market on the street right in front. Parking is on the street and is limited.

No parking The only disappointment was no off premises parking as advertised.

It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Alistos is a beautiful hotel nearby Gytheio and in a great location to explore Mani while being in a serene location by the nature. I highly recommend it especially if you are looking for some quite time and relaxation. The rooms and service is great and I really hope to visit again soon!!

Very nice property. Very clean. Nice size room and excellent buffet breakfast. One of a few hotels with a pool in the area. Nice small pebble beach area with loungers. This resort reminded me of some of the smaller 5 star resorts in the Caribbean that we stayed at. Only recommendation would be to supply clothing irons to all rooms instead of requesting same.

What else do you want? What a lovely place! Pool and beach across the road, 5 minute from Gythio town. You can't go wrong. Only the silly narrow roads to get here as well as the very dusty beach road dissapoints but does not reflect on this fine beautiful place to stay. Can easily stay next time for two whole weeks!

The beach was wonderful- always able to access loungers. The hotel is kept nicely but would benefit from more dining options, variety of foods. I agree with a previous review- one key card per room is not feasible when traveling with a family and the card controls electricity within your unit.

Quiet hotel, extremely spacious rooms (we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room); very clean. Wonderful hospitable people at the reception and at breakfast and bar. The location is great if you want to be close to the little city of Gytheio but enjoy the quieter outskirts.

Beautiful very close beach. Padded lounges, beanbags, umbrellas, drinks/ food on the beach made it very enjoyable for 4 seniors. Nice rooms with adequate space. Staff are amazing! Lots of steps if not in one of the ground level rooms. No pool but we didn’t miss it. Very hot weather with almost constant breezes kept it nice.

We stayed in Villa Olivia for 4 persons and the house is great, very cozy ! ! One bedroom bathroom (shower) and toilette are on the groundfloor - same level as the terrace and pool and a second bedroom also with bathroom and toilette are on the first floor. Amazing villas in the area of Stoupa.. We stayed there with my friends.. The private pool is really the best!! It's quiet and you can have a quality getaway! The house is really big inside, we stayed in the villa with 6 persons occupancy!! The negative aspect of our stay was the breakfast which cost 14 euro per person and the quantity is really small..It doesn't worth to pay this money ,it's better...

This is a very charming boutique hotel with a nice pool and lovely views. The breakfast was outstanding! The best food of our trip to the Peloponnese. The bread is home baked and it was clearly a farm to table experience. It’s within walking distance to local tavernas.

One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. Our daughter had the time of her life thanks to the fantastic animation team. Gaia truly made our daughter’s holiday special. This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

We like most of everything about this hotel except for the shower water. The pressure of the water in the shower was very weak and the temperature of the water was not consistent. It went cold then hot constantly during our shower times.

The hotel may be a bit outdated (the rooms though well renovated), but it truly strategically located by the sea. Excellent customer service I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.
