Complex "Spilia Bay Villas" is located on a small hill, offering amazing views of the sea and the mountains. It is an attractive location for families and couples. This complex can be also recommended for events. The outdoor area can be used for banquets. The only villas with its sports infrastructure and attractive price.
Location: in the village of Pefki, 5 minutes from the beach, 50 km from the airport.
Total area: 6000 m2.
Consists of three 2-storey villas: "Emmanouela", "Stamatina", "Natalia", each with an area of 138 m2.
The villas are located next to and separated from each other by a low fence. Each Villa has a private pool and a small verandah with furniture.
Beach: small Cove is 500 m away, 2; 3, sandy beach 3 km away, and the third coastline.

For the rest, our stay suffered from misrepresentations, omissions and shortcuts that are inexcusable for accommodation charged at approximately €300/day. We booked our stay through Hotels.com, where the listing included daily housekeeping, satellite tv channels, and wifi; instead, during a 2-week stay, housekeeping happened three or four times, the tv had no signal, satellite or otherwise, and the single wifi connection was split between the three villas of the compound, making connectivity nearly impossible.
Topping the list of daily frustrations was the fact that the pool was leaking and the filters not working, followed by the fact that we had to buy the most basic of staples, like salt, pepper, olive oil, and toilet paper…
The hosts quickly addressed the lack of a proper shower curtain at the main bathroom, as well as the lack of a curtain at the oversized bathroom window. Other areas requiring improvement: fixing the master bedroom door which does not close and including a proper wardrobe, where clothes can be hung, in every bedroom; ensuring that all lights are working; switching the rusty bathroom fixtures; buying a water filter for the kitchen; and bringing back the balcony furniture that is shown in the pictures (guessing taken +5 years ago) but is sadly unavailable in real life.
Overall, the taste we got was one of turning a quick profit without meaningful investment being put into the upkeep of the villas. It is sad really, considering that providing a reliable wifi connection and some staples, for the entire season, would cost less than a day’s rate.
