Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience...

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Kept turning off and switch would not turn back on. I believe the switch plate needed to be replaced. Beautiful breeeze of the ocean accommodated for lack of proper a/c.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy. Lovely week in annex building at Akti imperial. Kids literally lived in the main pool, we loved the evening show by the poolside stages, and breakfast buffet at Epicurus restaurant had everything, even freshly made omelets for our picky son. Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' This was a really lovely hotel, there was a lot of variety in the food with restaurants in the hotel open until late at night. The food was really really nice. There were really nice pools and a lot of activities to do. I'd definitely come back again.
