All of the staff were very nice and everything was really clean. The food was DELICIOUS and there was always a lot to choose from. The only downside is the quite busy street right in front of the hotel that you have to cross to get to the beach, but it's not that big of a deal. Very clean and neat, which is the most important thing for me when looking for a hotel. A local supermarket is just 5 min walk away. Very convenient in this aspect. A car is recommended. Overall, pleasant stay and very good value for money.

The rooms are big and I had a very big balcony. The hotel WiFi doesn’t really work. Anytime I would connect, my device would drop off when I try to do anything. Not ideal if you want to remote work. The beds were really hard too, woke up with back pain and a headache. The breakfast was good and there is pool if you don’t want to swim in the sea. The resort is very quiet and relaxing.

Very friendly environment, all spaces were really clean. It has 3 pools but the beach is also extremely close! Breakfast, lunch, dinner very tasty! The bar/café has a great view and prenty of space to sit. After 9 you get the best coffee from Vaso. Earlier the coffee is less good. The beach is beautiful and is very nice. It's super cool because you can walk very far in to the water and it's nice that it's a sand beach. It walks way nicer then most rocky beaches!

We stayed at Golden sand hotel for 10 days at the start of the season. The people were very friendly and relaxed. The accommodation was kept clean every day, and the beds were good. Just a 5 minute downhill stroll to lemonakia beach, where you will find two beach restaurants and sun loungers with umbrella to rent for 5-10€ for the day. Everything and anything about Kalidon. This hotel is spotless. The staff is amazing, especially lovely Maria and the view is breathtaking. They have free service buses during the day to the nearby beaches and Kokkari and it’s a short walk from Kokkari.

A nice little hotel at a perfect location, great for a relaxing holiday. Family-run, very friendly. Simple, clean rooms; Wi-Fi was not much to talk about (didn’t bother us though). Had a refurbished room which was modern clean but small, nice balcony, gets quite hot in the morning sun, good location. Breakfast is sub-par and inconsistent.

5/5 will stay again when we come to Samos. The family that runs this hotel are all so nice and welcoming. We sat on the veranda in the evenings and played cards and had a drink with the beautiful view. The pool is great and everything exceeded expectations. Ireon is also much quieter than some other towns and just as picturesque.

the rooms are quite basic, other than what you see on the booking websites, but all necessities are there. bathrooms are typical greek; small open showers means a very wet bathroom. staff is super friendly and ambiance is very nice. breakfast is good. location is great. a beach nearby with beds for 8 EUR. and restaurants, supermarket and bars within a 5 min walk with great scenery and not super touristy

They didn't have a room so they "upgraded " us to an apartment 50 metres away, which was nice, but we didn't have all the hotel amenities directly although they were available for us (breakfast, pool etc) All in all it was good.

Second visit to Anna Studios this year, as great as always. Fabulously clean room with regular linen and towel changes, brilliant atmosphere and great friendly family owners Yannis and Aspa. We booked 2 rooms in Anna Suites, only to find on arrival that we had been allocated to rooms down the lane in the derelict looking Jasmine Apartments. When we queried this with the owner he said there was only one room available in Anna. So, how was it possible that i had booked 2? Jasmine Apartments are really the poor cousin of Anna Suites, and we were disappointed at the lack of amenities....

Just returned from a 2 week stay at the Anna Studios, we found that the rooms pool area, bar area and the facilities around the pool area, were very clean plenty of of sun beds that were comfortable as they had additional cushions. Although there was parasols they do not give much shade, you really have to move from the pool area if you want this. Leaving the bar area the only place to go for shade...

Very nice and clean hotell with excellent service. The breakfast is wealthy and pool area is wonderful, although the pool guard is somewhat harsh. I have two things that could though be improved.
