That’s the only positives it has.

Let’s start at the beginning. The owner was intense.
For example; When I said that I wanted to pay with card as I had no cash he went on a 5 minute rant about both robots and the government, saying that “they” wanted to keep “us” poor and so it had gotten too easy to use cards and machines?

The room had an unusual step in the middle that I tripped over many times. As well as this, the room smelt musky and old.
The curtains were yellow with age which undoubtedly was the main cause of the smell.
The bathroom was the worst part. It was very unclean, especially the shower, and the pipes were very smelly.

We we gave the keys back and left after one night of Loud aircon and tripping over the MASSIVE step in the dark.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked through hotels.com and upon arriving the place was empty, lights off, smelt really bad and resembled an abandoned hotel with only one staff member present. With my attempt to check in it took t 20 minutes to search for my reservation of which was confirmed over a month prior to my arrival. They never ended up finding it and instead said to me that they will give me a reduced rate if I pay in cash. Because I had booked with hotels.com they said they do not want to do business with third party companies and would prefer if we do a deal under the table. I immediately became aware of the attempts to either scam me or scam the hotels.com and/or government on year end taxes at the expense of the customer experience. I denied the cash offer and said I i will pay by card. They denied my wish and forced me to sleep on it return in the morning and tell them if i wish to accept the cash deal. Upon morning I arrive to tell the hotel I want to pay by card and honor my hotels.com booking and receive my reward stamps with them, the hotel then proceeded to tell me they took it upon them self to cancel my reservation and is now forcing me to pay cash. I told them I don’t have the means of paying cash and blatantly mocked me saying how easy it is to go to ATM and get cash as if he knows my banking situation and compared my situation to other customer they have forced to take cash which was insulting to me. I told them to find my reservation with hotels.com or they get no payment. So I sleep another night and contact customer support would hotels.com and they are unable to reverse the cancellation and I lost $150 worth of rewards for my stays. They call the front desk and speak to the desk and they lie to them and says I was a no show therefor cancelled my booking. Anyway by morning I packed my bags and told them I am leaving this is very unprofessional trying coerce me into deals I did not agree too to no one’s advantage but them. This place is, dirty, unmaintained, it stinks like must and feels abandoned and haunted, very unsafe and sketchy feeling while here and this staff makes it all the worse.
Never returning here again and I recommend you do not stay here.

Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!
