Moonbeam Hotel in Potos

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moonbeam hotel! You feel at home and well looked after by Dimitris and his team. The beautiful swimming pool is big, clean and surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are spacious and with a big balcony overlooking the sea. Generous breakfast on the terrace. Good location to enjoy various gorgeous beaches at short distance.

28july-6aug 2025 We come every year în Pefkari , for scuba diving. It was the only acomodation we have found at the end of july for the mentioned period. We have found decent condițion with very kind and amabile host. Definetly not for pretentious peoples, 3 star hotel, located apx 700 m from the sea, 400m from a Matsoumi supermarket. We will come again and we recomend for the boeme atmosfere.

Very good hotel. Dimitri the owner is a professional, very polite, generous. He enjoys to drinking beer and socializing with customers. He plays very good chess.
He speaks English, German, little Russian. Fanatic liberal, and progressive. Dimitri also looks for the woman of his life. I hope to see him married next year. He owns this hotel, 1000 olive trees and 50 sheep. Very good man.

This is one of the best places in Thassos. It’s a perfect balance between being isolated from the tourists and feeling close to the beach.

Very nice place to stay. This place has a beautiful pool, quite place, great view to seaside. The host is very nice and tries to offer best services. Breakfest is very good and consistent. This place is very close to Potos.

First of all, a great greeting for the owner of the hotel, who is an exceptional man, worthy and very good person. The hotel is located above the main road, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful greenery, around the fence of the hotel is everywhere wine vines, as well as on the main terrace, while around the pool there is a mint, rosemary, plums and other colored flowers. All rooms are spacious and large, the bathroom is the same, the warm water is always there. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets, on the terraces there are large wooden tables with wooden chairs and large pillows. Bedding and bedding are changed to three or four days. Beds are partially new, showering comfortable. The parking lot is enough for all guests in the shade of olive trees. On the main road below the hotel there is a large market with everything and everything, even with ready-made meals, which we did not try . On the main road there are two beaches that are with pebbles and there are no baths, as detr loves sandy beaches. At 5 min there is Potos, on 10min Limenaria for the evening walk. Please note that the hotel is isolated and to be on the beach and These places must be reached by car (you can reach Potosa too), so if you like to be close to the beach or in the center of a place this accommodation is not for you. All the surrounding beaches are nice and my suggestion is to go around them, bih Notos, Psili amos but also a little further beach Golden Beach and Paradise as well as the place Teologos to try lamb. To get back to the hotel, the pool is excellent, has a part for children, the greenery around the hotel is fascinating, the owner keeps it all with the help of one gentlemen and one gentleman who are constantly on the move and constantly doing something and arranging. The breakfast is a standard couple of shots, kittens, boiled eggs, homemade cheese (eat it every morning), olives, flakes, sour cream, orange deuce, milk, coffee . There is also a honey honey with various buttermilk. The hotel is set so that the terraces are never sunny and you can always enjoy them. The hotel is a bit disappointing to be exceptional and if there was an option that I could become a partner with the owner, I would I would do or buy a plaza next to hahah, but I think it's useless Flexible. Generally, my impression is excellent for the money I paid, bear in mind that I traveled with a woman and a child and that we love being away from the beach in peace and where it is always comfortable to sleep (we did not include the climate anywhere). Keep in mind that we love each day to go to the new beach and spend the night in a walk in different places.
