Maybe it used to be a 4star But now its a 3 star. We have had a lovely time here, but the pool area in particular needs attention. There is a reason no one sits around the pool, its grotty. See photos. No one cleans the pool, its turning green. It needs attention. Apart from that its been so lovely.

40 € for towels! And not a deposition. Make sure to catch the cleaning staff and get toilet paper, they won’t replenish it. The shower drain is misdesigned so the water will get sllnover the floors. The restaurant is all fish so not too kid friendly. The breakfast is mostly canned goods and purchased bread, we were not impressed. The staff treats the cleaning staff that are from abroad badly. The sinbedsa are free if you order and the beach is great. The pool is small but kid friendly. Make sure you get a nice deal, otherwise look for another stay.

Just returned from a week at the Grand Beach Hotel, wish we had stayed longer. Mario and his team made our visit most enjoyable, all working hard to achieve this. Our seaview room was well equipped, maintained to a high standard and serviced daily. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in our travels, plenty of choice and well presented. The Hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location but within easy walking distance of the main part of Limeneria, although we did not find the need to visit often as the facilities and entertainment offered at the Grand Beach fulfilled our needs.

Can't believe we was so lucky and booked maybe the best locationon the island , hotel is very nice designed with fresh buffet breakfast, you have all you need , crystal clear water amazingpool and food under the trees and also with playgroundfor the kids what else do you need. Thank you all for our wonderful time.

Great hotel and location, room was lovely but we had no drawers for storage!! Not even bed side tables, there was a hanging rail with adequate hangers but nowhere for other items of clothes, we found this really strange as you could tell the hotel had been modernised. Buffet breakfast was ok, lovely Greek yoghurt, honey but only offering tinned fruit, the wasps were a real problem, we would have loved to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast in the morning sunshine but as soon as you sat down you were invaded by wasps…..

Perfect place for good vacation, good accommodation, nice breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beach in front of the hotel is very good. There is a restaurant with trees and natural shade for enjoy during the day. This is a place to come again. thanks Mario to you and your family.

The staff is very friendly and experienced. But the owner is really abusive towards his workers. Do not support this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice part of Limenaria, quiet and the beach is very nice. However, - there is no hotel lobby. It's more like a house transformed in a hotel. - there is an odd smell at the entrance, most probably from cats. - the room amenities are poor. - towels didn't seem very clean - bed sheets were not very clean either. - the bathroom in the family apartament needs serious renovation. every time we had a shower, the water was coming into the room. - during the night, spotted bugs in the bathroom; Never again. Unless the hotel is completely renovated, but even so, reading some of the "excelent" reviews, I would not trust going back.
