Awesome cuisine! wonderful plates skillfully cooked with local ingredients. Service slow on busy times.Some of the wines weren’t actually available . Added bonus the sea view, book early!

Do not attempt to work or live there, you will just waste your money and your energy travelling all the way through the mountain just so you can come face to face with filthy primitive rooms, dishonest/unprofessional behaviour. There are even roaches on the property during night time which doesn't comply with the proper regulations especially since the restaurant is right on top.

Amazing hotel, excellent view, great location near Papa Nero beach, fantastic room (the decoration is beautiful!), pool area is top!!!! and dinning area has a very stylish and peaceful atmosphere, great food and above all very kind, helpful and lovely staff. Thanks so much for an unforgettable vacation!

The best hotel in Pelion. A Boutique hotel with maisonettes, where you can find a peaceful escape with breathtaking views. Very clean, beautifully decorated, chic and cosy. We were warmly welcomed by Christos and the Team, who were helpful at every step. The Breakfast is served at their fancy restaurant, a nice spot for memorable photos. Traditional meals with a twist are part of the buffet. A magical place, not to be missed.

Most beautiful, serene place, simply perfect. Very well kept, manicured garden, beautiful room design with unique furniture and dinnerware. One of the most pleasant places I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing infinity pool with sea view, ample sun beds and platforms for sunbathing in the water. Breakfast is excellent. The food is very fresh, and there is a variety of homemade pastries. Less choice of cheese and sausage. The manager is a charming person, helpful and attentive, and so is the rest of the staff. This place is a little piece of heaven.

This is a resort that looks very “instagramable”but it has some pitfalls. It’s not suitable at all for anyone with mobility challenges. Lots of steep stone steps with no handrails including to the breakfast area. The restaurant was not opening until 8.6.2024 (do make sure you check before you book if you want any food other than breakfast) and no pool snacks available. It’s in a remote location and you definitely need a car. Do if the restaurant is closed you have to go out to eat. No facilities in walking distance. Views are very good. 18 rooms and only 8 sun beds, 4 bean bags and 3 double sun-beds that are actually in the pool. Limited shade in the heat of the day around the pool area. Staff we found to not be very friendly with a very laissez faire attitude. Breakfast limited with little choice and limited healthier options. All self-service including for hot drinks and coffee and orange juice and no change in the breakfast menu content from day to day. Hot item offering is eggs only. Need to really decide the target market they want - probably better as an adults only offering but there were families with young children which is not conducive with those who want to relax and be peaceful. It is clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Pool towels, bathrobes and hairdryer in room.

The executive suite we got was cozy, very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had sea view which was stunning both during the day and at night. The complex had a beautiful garden and a pool too. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. El Resto bar & restaurant is also situated in the complex, so if you’re a fan of wining and dining, you’ll find this quite convenient.

Great location with an excellent restaurant, exceeding our expectations. In fact, El Resto Bar is the best restaurant in the region of Pelion. If you want to eat there, you definitely need a reservation. The stuff is very professional, offering also recomandattions for local attractions worth visiting. Only one thing might be better, the wifi signal. But the internet speed and coverage is a national wide minus when we speek of Greece, so you are excused 😏 Overall a great location, with lovely people. If you will visit this area, this is the place where you should stay.

This is one of the amazing villas we stayed in. A family room with a special and amazing design, close to the gorgeous pool. The staff at the disposal of Christo the manager took care of everything we needed. The restaurant is great. A place that makes you want to came back

We have stayed at Agapitos villas &Guesthouses for a third time this year, meaning that we were satisfied the previous 2 times. This year we have booked 2 rooms - 1 superior and 1 double sea view for 9 nights. The superior room was renovated, nice and comfortable. The other one named Elisavet1 was very disappointed - very close to the pool, very noisy and no private area, everyone passing in front of the room. This room has been located next to the pool WC with a very bad smell coming from it. The wardrobe was also unusable due to bad smell as well. After insistence from our side,after 3 nights the room was changed by Elisavet 3 - also not okay from another aspect - the 2 outer AC bodies ( the one of the room itself and the another one for the room upstairs) have been installed on the wall of the bed and the noise and vibration as a result of them were unbearable. In addition to this were was an irritating sound from fhe water supply system. Final comment is for the cleaning service - the ladles responsible for this kept the room door always open during the cleaning time allowing all kind of insects to come in into the room. Despite our dissatisfaction and taking into account that we are regular guests, we have not been offered any compensation.
