We travelled at the lower season, but the hotel still gave us a welcoming feel. The location is excellent, easy walking to good restaurants and convenient for travelling by car.

this hotel caters for most tour group, is supposingly a preferred hotel. The room is really aged and run down. the breakfast is great full of selections.

The hotel location is good, but the air conditioner is not cold.

This resort offered a truly relaxing escape. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and the service was excellent throughout the stay.

Only one person for massage and therefore full and they couldn’t arrange time for me and my wife to get it at least consequently. On the other hand I was unlucky because that week, sea was forbidden due to pollution from dead fishes. So I can’t comment on sea in front of the hotel

We had to cancel out trip due to farmer's strikes. Although the canclation occured after the grace period, the hotel manager contacted us to inform that due to the situations there would be no cancelation fee after all. We appreciated this immensely. We will definitely consider booking a stay there in the near future.

It's a pretty good resort hotel

A bit tired rooms but the pool and gardens are beautiful and the location is so quiet, still so close to Meteroa. Dinner though is like a school cantine.....nothing wrong with the food other that is is the same every day but the crowds that is eating at the same time makes the ambiance really bad. Also some table and chairs for having breakfast and dinner outside really should be an easy thing to solve

This is a tricky place to review. The first impression is of a very out dated hotel that feels like a visit to the past. The old carpets, the faded pictures hanging on the walls, the grand size and empty halls. Stayed for 2 nights as part of a small group tour of 14 people with our guide . Our tour company had asked for a room with a walk in shower . This place has such a grand feel especially when you can sit on your balcony and look at the majestic views of Meteora and the surrounding town! Disappointed that a 5 star hotel feels the need to charge to use the pool. Have never ever before experienced this. Service at meals was not good and they continually ran out of food so you were always waiting for buffet to be replenished. But very nice rooms in a great locality.

This hotel is in the small town of Kalambaka. The hotel is relatively old and has been renovated for a long time. The room is also very small. The room can see the monastery in the sky. The view in the morning and evening is good.

Great experience, very friendly and professional service, clean and well-run, nicely decorated but a bit over-furnished for the space available by the pool. Simple but sufficient breakfast for price. The hotel was ok although the bathroom in our room is in need of serious renovation. In our room there was no kettle and cups like the room next door. When we asked about it they said its because the other room was at a different category! The pool should have been heated due to low temperatures. The breakfast was good.

Excellent service from the staff, wonderful views of the mountains and town below, great morning breakfast. The only thing that lowered the rating was the beds were extremely hard and the air conditioner didn’t keep the rooms cool. Although, these are common findings in Greece. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a bungalow which shared a pool with another bungalow. The bungalow was very clean and had plenty of hanging space. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. I am staying at this beautiful and very clean resort. The pool and spa is where I am the most. It is relaxing and is a full service resort. The upstairs is a bar restaurant and the food is amazing. You also have an awesome view since its on the mountain. This is the only place to stay in Trikala if you want to have everything without leaving.

The hotel is nice but need a renovation. The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't function proper. The breakfast is very good, while breakfast you may order Greek coffee also for free. Beach is in 15 min walk distance. Ask the room with the view to the sea. It is very strange for us that the hotel building has an oil gas station inside it from the main street side.

It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience.

Rooms are very clean and as in the photos. Only problem we had is the lack of a mosquito shield. Location is nice because you have a supermarket, restaurants and Agia Paraskevi beach 2 min from the hotel, and lots of great beaches in 15 min bus drive. City center is also near. Comfortable, affordable hotel with friendly staff. It has a steep driveway to the main building, but it’s not very long. Make sure to stay in the main building if you can, because the additional buildings are further up the hill. The beach is less than 100m away, across the street. The hotel is good and our stay was pleasant. For the price of it though, I would definitely expect a better breakfast. The road to get to the hotel is a tiny/tight street with big stones that is unsafe. We parked the car and didn't want to move it again because it was scary. They really need to put a traffic light or offer help from the hotel.
