Cosy hotel, rich Breakfast buffet, wifi, Parking. Entrance to the swimming pool with thermal water directly with the hotel. There is a massage room, salt cave. A great place for the whole family!

Classic Hungest hotel. Foreign languages is a must if you want to spread your tourist business.

Small rooms but enough for a couple,clean,good location and very convenient if you stay there for spa facilities,good food.

Definitely not the worst, but far from satisfactory. The rooms and the buildings could be cleaner and far more modern. The pools, especially the swimming pool, are too small and crowded. The cleaning lady came into our room at 7:45 and apologized waaay too loudly and tactlessly, obviously wanted us to get up and leave early. I would recommend it to families with small kids and elderly couples/groups

The hotel is more like a place to sleep in than a suite to spend a lot of time in, it was not clean at all (spiderwebs + spider in the toilet, leaves left from autumn under our beds, etc) and the furniture brings you back to the late eighties, but the outside thermal pool, tennis, table tennis and other activities are well worth the low price. It is close to the city, 5min walk to the castle and 1...

This hotel is more like giving you a place to sleep than a place to live in, but it does that perfectly as it is relatively cheap and it's situated nicely for the spa and city centre. There are more modern 'houses' in the hotel, too, but I think they cost more than the regular ones as there are less of them + they are better equipped. The hotel itself is not bad. It worth the price but not more. If you need a cheap hotel than it is good however there might be better than this. The apartment is functional but it was not clean. At the reception desk people were not on top of the service. Feeling of the communist era.

They do NOT clean rooms daily. You MUST request a cleaning. These are all adult rooms. For couples, this may be great. A working man, not so much. I'm in a adult dungeon!

It is in the city centre near to the fortress and castle. Big room with good equipements and nice service. Breakfast and dinner was fine, hungarian taste

Kind staff, good vibes. If you want to find a parking spot for your car you should get there right before check-in time.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, good food, amazing town.

We were on a three night holiday, everything was OK. The food was very delicious and enough. The service was also as expected. Thank you!

Close to the bath, extra helpful staff. 3* accomodation. Food is exceptional. Great experience.

Nice place to stay near the thermal baths and city center on the canal. Nice and cozy and you can rent bikes from here. The food was delicious.

Nice hotel, the buffet has very good food, decent size rooms

We just have breakfast there, but it was very varied, and fulfilling. The instant coffee we did not liked very much, the rest of it was ok. The breakfast area was very spacious, the waiters a bit young,and has no experience,but it was ok.

Overall nice but not perfect. GOOD: helping, friendly, kind staff; clean, warm room; good location; tasty food. BAD: Bugs in the room; uncomfortable shower; food not warm; not enough food, plates and glasses at breakfast/dinner (not replaced efficuently).

Nice place-allmost perfect to enjoy Gyula

Odlična lokacija, besplatan parking i soba je čista i uredna, dobro opremljena, odlično grejanje.

The hotel is clean, in a good location, the price is right. Breakfast is poor. Dinner is delicious but lasts a short time. They are inflexible. The 3 days are not even 24 hours. 🙃. Buffet is only available for breakfast and dinner (eg coffee).

The accommodation itself was good. The room was tidy and nice. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful! I can make so many mistakes that there was no wifi in our room. So we could only see any surface with our own net. We also took a laptop to watch a movie online. Therefore, the four stars.

Good value for money! We were in a family room with TV and air conditioning in both rooms. There is also a lift and a fridge. The rooms are clean big enough too! Kind service. The center is close, yet quiet. What we miss is the bar during the day, but it’s also just for the coffee. It could be solved with a coffee machine😉 Oh and there’s a roof terrace at 3, it was just a star fall yesterday.
