3 star hotels in Zalakaros

Good hotel, facilities are ok, cleaning needed to be improved. Good for short stay.

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price. Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World.

The location is great! The hotel is kind of old fashion but very clean, the staff is very helpfull and ready to offer you a good experience. Even if the furniture is old, the matress and the sheets were clean and allergen free (that is my final test in a hotel 😅). Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bathroom and toilet especially clean and not covered in mold as in some more expensive places. Food is not bad but not very outstanding eighter. In case of allergies they tailor your own menu, which is awesome. They have no wellness services on site AT ALL, but you get a free pass to the Zalakaros bath for the duration of your stay. It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

A hotel vezetősége, családja és személyzete, kivétel nélkül mindannyian kedves, barátságos, segítőkész emberek. Vendég centrikusak! A svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora fantasztikus választási lehetőséggel csábítja a vendégeket. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves, közvetlen. Kifogástalan a kiszolgálás, a wellness, a változatos, bőséges ételek, a svédasztal. Sok a sportolási lehetőség a hotelen belül is. Illetve a lovaskocsizás, a farmlátogatás, a részletes idegenvezetés is nagyon szép élmény. A szoba is szép, tágas volt.
