We were completely satisfied with everything! We got a wonderful suite!

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel in Zalakaros, next to the Zalakaros Thermal Bath. The all-inclusive option offered an extremely wide selection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great room (had family suite), clean, had all that we needed (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner). Staff was friendly and very quick to keep everything clean - at diner buffet they came to also ask at the table if we would like some beer or wine and they brought it to the table. We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake. My review is about the Spa not the hotel. I went there for a massage with my friend. I was sure that we will have a quality time for the higher price we paid. (Compare to other massage places) However we felt a bit strange the whole experience was weird. Excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers.

There is no doubt that the hotel is outdated, but it is super clean and the food is very nice and tasty. Service at the diner is half of the RB hotel price. Even if the hotel was stuck in the 80s, you would have a good time. The only downside is that with Freya Hotel, you do not get access to Thermal World.

It's a 3 star hotel. Good thing about it you can walk to the thermal bath from the hotel through a covered tunnel. Food is tasty but sometimes boring. Rooms are small, outdated but clean. Beds are comfortable.

These days were happiness for all the family. No stress, no problem. Only enjoy togetherness, the perfect services, meals and wellness.

My family and I stayed there for one night; it was very relaxing and we felt very comfortable. I was even surprised with a birthday cake. The infinity pool is the highlight. There are plenty of parking spaces and the food is very good. We would love to come back.

We had some problems with the pop-in masseur who did his job horribly. The problem was handled very well by the receptionist, but it is still up to the hotel to work with outsiders who are worth the otherwise high prices. Nice and clean hotel. Balcony was a big plus, at least for me. Friendly personnel. Decent price. Breakfast was included; open buffet, not fancy but tasty and consistent. A permanent restaurant would be a great feature, especially for travelers like myself , as I couldn't find any places to eat in immediate vicinity.

Quite cheap for what it offers. Nice wellness, wasn't too crowded even when the hotel was mostly full. The staff are friendly. You can only eat what's on the daily menu, which we didn't get notified about, and were expecting to order whatever from the restaurant, not eat the daily menu. The food tasted good.
