We had a good trip with my family. We had a good time in the guest house, the kids really enjoyed being able to sleep on a bunk bed. And ours had a very good mattress. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you for your kind hospitality! :)

Terrible costumer service. We did book it in the morning of Saturday to scape from Budapest for the weekend. We’ve arrive at 3pm and nobody was there so we did call, they said that they will be back in 1 hour and a half and they will call us back. So we’ve decide to go for some food carrying our luggage. Great for the budget traveller. A step or two above hosteling. Very friendly staff who all speak English. Small common kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and dishes. Very clean & great location. Post office & bus stop at the corner & grocery store across the street. Beautiful residential area to walk to nearby park & easy access to the center of town in minutes by bus stop across the street.

The guest house is a pretty building, very well maintained, clean and full of art. The rooms (at least two) are large and cosy, the beds are soft and comfy. You feel at home. The owners are very nice people. There's also a parking lot that's very convenient. We are happy that we chose the art guesthouse. Also the prices are very affordable. We would come again here.

Really nice, cosy place to stay. Free parking on the street, Burger King restaurant 5 minutes of walk from the guesthouse. The only thing that may be disturbing for some people is the railway line nearby this Guesthouse and trains passing there all the night. Except this, everything is okay :)

Basic guesthouse, not more than that. A place to crush in bed. We got only small towels. The private room we had was very small. Staff was nice, although not fluent in English

Good property for the money. Breakfast is not so various, but still helpful in the morning. Location near the bus station, grocery stores is 5-8min walk.

Good value only if you have a good deal on a room. For the basic rate it is expensive. Decent rooms, messy communal shower and the reception is not to good. They mixed up our room, our new room had no airco. In dutch we would say 'vergane glorie'

We loved it, it is next to everything, in the center, easy communication, the receptionist was very nice and helped us with everything. In the room it is very warm. We will be back!

Cheap, very close to the nightclubs area and public transportation, recommended for a cheap and easy visit of Budapest. The old receptionist guy was drunk, and the rooms are really ugly though.

Big room, very nice staff on the check-in. The reception is not always open but in case of a late check-in they are very accessible. Very nice location! The cons are the noise you can hear from other rooms and lift (it is an old building), the towells are a little small for body and the exaustion system of the toilet is noisy and should be cleaned, such as the heating system. Fairly spartan but big rooms, towels, ensuite shower etc and very clean. Beautiful courtyard view. Super value

Two of us actually lucked out and got the biggest room in the entire section we were in! The double bed had a little stain and the pillows were a bit damp, but no problem! We just wrapped the pillows with one blanket. The bedside lamps and lights are nice and bright. The fan was put into good use. The TV was barely used since it was all in Hungarian, but the wifi was super speedy so can’t fault that...

The location is nice. Room is just a bit noisy, but nothing that would bother me. However, the staff, specially Marton, made my trip to Budapest the nicest it could've possibly have been. He gave us nice tips around the city, from places to eat to places to visit and was quick to solve any minor issue we had on our room. Could definitely be cleaner. The room was dusty, the water glasses in our room were greasy. But everything considered, we did sleep well and it is in a nice location. But for the level of service it should be cheaper (we paid 35 EUR pr. night).

Friendly staff, beds are decent. Shower smelt a bit weird due to lack of ventilation. The place can be quite noisy because of the busy road and thin walls.

Cheap private room in an amazing location. Next door to the subway and bus station. Lots of restaurants in a bustling area especially at night. Has everything you need. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, noise from the hallway was constantly audible, and an outdoor light that seemed to be motion-activated kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.

The location is good it is right next to the metro and it doesn't take long to walk into the main parts of the Jewish quarter. They were great in waiting in reception for my arrival late at night. The cleanliness isn't great, they will change the towels if you want them too but the room was not cleaned other than the bed been made. There were some dead bugs in the room for days without being cleaned...

We had a super nice stay here in 2014. The hosts are always friendly and polite and obliging. The place is clean, the house is super atmospheric. Here you gonna have a really authentic budapest stay.

For the price - a good option for active travelers who need only to sleep. For someone who needs a hotel service, food, entertainment, I advise you to look elsewhere. The entrance to the building will be a little disappointing for u, that's y I deducted 1 star, but the actual guest house is just perfect, everything is available, and clean, and the view and location is spectacular.

This is a guesthouse with a MEGA cool location. Initially, they wanted to buy a three-day travel ticket, as a result, they bought only one day when they went to the Sechini bath and to the market. The procedure of obtaining the key a bit complicated, but explained in detail.At night the building seems very creepy and we couldn't find the elevator at first. Location is perfect but the room is more than basic. We personnaly found if ugly and empty. The quality of the furniture is really low. The building is even scary. But okay for the price and for a short stay. However, the staff is really really nice. We had to leave earlier and wanted to cancel some nights and they were okay with it and gave us our money back.
