Everything was a disaster. No AC in the room, even if we pay for it. We call them so many times to come fix it and not giving a damn about us. They don't have any protections at windows against mosquitos. Looks like they are so dirty because they have invasions. My son made a very ugly allergy from those huge mosquitos. For three days, every day we ask to fix AC and still no answer. Maybe because they don't speak english at all.....if I think better....I don't know if they speak any language.... I DON'T RECOMEND THIS DISASTER HOTEL!!!!!!

a five star stay (6 nights) with all that you can wish for.

Was here during New Years eve. We paid a lot of money and got cheap knock off brand drinks in return. The live music was a big joke. Two old guys who were not able to create some atmosphere. Last time for me here unfortunately, the staff was friendly.
