The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing, many choices and different every day. Nice location with great views. We went to the place by bus. The bus station is just outside. The outside pools were ok. The caves were relaxing, although the water was not very warm the day we went.

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

Spacious, well equipped rooms which provide you with everything you'd need for some relaxation (jacuzzi, infrared sauna inside the suite). The hotel, the rooms and the restaurant are all crystal clean, not mentioning the variety and deliciousness of the food. Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

We were there from Monday till Wednesday, the hotel was pretty empty. The overall feeling was good, it was worth the price. The food selection wasn't so extensive but they were tasty. I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. The internal spa area is cozy, with all what is necessary to have a relaxing afternoon; in our case the last afternoon was ruined by a group of ladies who were partying in the spa, without being recalled...
