Big rooms, nice furniture, separate toilet. Thermal park is really nice for kids. Bar at rezeption is missing good service. Hotel has good areal, but is located at the end if a small town with nothing interesting near by.

A reasonably priced hotel, clean rooms, very good food, several pools with different water temperatures, beautiful surroundings for cycling, located not far from the Slovenian border. There are various health offers. German is spoken.

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent. There are 2 rooms for children, both of it are on the ground floor, far from the guestsrooms.

Regular visitor of pool here. Great as they have this 33 m long inside pool for swimming and hot tubs and also sauna.

Rooms were very clean and large and were always cleaned very well. Staff friendly and accommodating. All-inclusive acceptable, only lunch in the thermal bath restaurant very little choice. In the evenings, 5-6 young people raced their bikes and scooters in the hotel's parking lot and weaved their way through the hotel guests' parked cars. Well equipped, quiet resort surrounded by forests. Ideal for guests who like biking, walking in the woods. Beautiful small churches from the thirteens century nearby. Wonderful thermal spa in Lenti, 10 km from the resort.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay here. The sauna and whirlpool were a perfect touch, and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a restful getaway!

My wife and I were surprised at the cleanliness of the entire area as soon as we arrived. Checking in at the front desk was easy - but watch out! It is located on the border of Hungary-Slovenia, 20 kilometers away from Austria and Croatia, provides a good shelter for excourtion to those countries.

Even though the resort is almost at the middle of nowhere, our family enjoyed the quietness and accessibility to countries like Croatia, Slovenia and Austria as it is near the border. Lenti Thermal Spa is also worth visiting , both for us parents as well as for the kids.

This resort had a beautiful view, and every staff were so kind, so we enjoyed staying here. However, though this resort is for long term stay, when I asked a receptionist, she told us a washing machine is broken. And that was pretty inconvenient.

You would en belive this place existed if you look at the way to get there. Smal, narrow roads through the forest. Then this Pearl. A fantastic place, still, guiet, just so relaxing. Personal is vere friendly and helpful. Kitchen is good. Sorry to only have stayed for one night.

It's a cozy, romantic place with gluten free bread if asked in advance.

Totally fine for the price. Rooms have aged, but that's okay. Dinner and breakfast was good too. Reception opens at 8 and breakfast also starts at 8. Something you might want to consider, if you have to leave early, like we did.

On the way from Budapest airport to Slovenia, we charged our Tesla at a hotel restaurant. At 6:30 in the morning we wanted to go to a restaurant for breakfast, as it says it opens at 6. They said it costs 15 euros per person and that it is only a cold breakfast. We decided to just have two coffees and two hot chocolates. The price was 20 euros. We had lunch in the restaurant. The food is delicious, portions are big. All kind of options are available: vegetarian, vegan, fish, vegetables, grill, etc. Service is on the spot, quick, polite, professional. The terrace is amazing, the interior is stylish. Highly recommended if you are around!

I have visited the hotel. It was a reasonable good size room. I enjoyed the glass construction building and the elevator. I hated the noise in the morning and not from other guests, but from staff which had the laundry room close by. The internet connection was working but internet wouldn't work. Good hotel, near hotel there is supermarket, 10 min walk to the city centre, clean room, but not very comfortable to take shower all water is on the floor, need shower curtain.

I spent two nights here while visiting Nagykanizsa. There were not a lot of choices. The hotel is located on a main road just a bit north of the downtown area, an easy walk to stores, restaurants, and the main city squares. Very simple, but clean, good value for money. The problem is just early in the morning, workers who are living in hotel are very loud.

I was been hosting by my company here for two weeks. I guess it is reasonable price, but don't have high expectations. The rooms are cozy, with Tv, openable-moskito safe windows, own tiny bathroom. There are also big cabinets for storing clothes... ect. You get your own towel, and some cups. The bed sheets are clean, but old. There is free Wifi. perfect value, perfect stop-over great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for free!

This is the 2nd time we are here and this time we had a pleasant surprise, everything is new, starting with the exterior of the hotel and ending with the rooms and hallways. The staff is very polite as always. This hotel brings value for those that are in transit and the bonus is that you can even bring your pet.

The best if you want to hike near Nagykanizsa and you just want a place to stay overnight. The staff is very kind, recommended for everyone!
