Thermal Hotel Balance

Regular visitor of pool here. Great as they have this 33 m long inside pool for swimming and hot tubs and also sauna.

Good hotel, room was good but when we arrived it was full of mosquitos.
Staff didnt know much english but rather german. Pools where great.

Quiet hotel, well located near Slovenia, Croatia and Austria. The rooms are big enough, but it would be good if they were a little cleaner. Despite the fact that there was music in the restaurant until 4 o'clock (New year Eve), there was no noise in the room. Excellent sound insulation. The spas are beautiful, spacious, plenty of swimming pools to choose from and facilities for children. Three slides indoor. Perhaps the disadvantage is that for the biggest slide you have to go through the corridor and stairs where it is cold when you are wet and secondly the pool for small children is the coldest, it would be much more pleasant if it was as warm as the big one. Wellness is ok, quiet and peaceful. The saunas in the thermal baths are large and there is plenty of space. The food is delicious, there was a good choice for every meal. The disadvantage is that on New Year's Eve the bread was dry and crumbly from the day before, but on other days it was very soft and tasty. Spa is mediocre. I spent 2 days trying to make an appointment for a massage, and after I made the reservation, I was sorry for the money. The guy who massaged me was average grief, he literally just oiled me, without pressure doing the same 5 movements for the whole 25 minutes. I forgive only if it was his first working day as a masseur, everything else is unforgivable. It would also be nice if the staff understood more English.

Very nice Hotel for Families with children. A lot of oportunities for swiming and playing indoor and outdoor, so u can have fun independently of the weather. The food is great also the rooms.

Excellent hotel, staff, food, wellness and swimming pools. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are modernly equipped. The bed is very comfortable. You will get a good night's sleep. The staff is kind and helpful. In the restaurant there is all kinds of food. The wellness in on the top floor. You can really relax and enjoy. As for the swimming area I can say only the best. The water is very hot where it has to be. You can come with your family and enjoy. It's also a non-smoking hotel 😊👍. I highly recommend it.
