Stayed for 2 days. Even though first impression was not great seeing the stairs only as entry, from reception you will see it is a great hotel for it's price. Staff was extremely friendly and the room itself was really spacious and clean. The view is actually road side not that much to see. Though it was great location cause it was really close to calangute beach like 5-10 min walk and it was between the market so really great area. Really good restaurants nearby, my advise first see all the restaurants then decide where to go.overall fantastic experience in this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Very worst hotel... No lift facility, no AC remote, no regulator for fan, no TV facility, no night lamp, no parking.. Blanket and pillows very dirty.. No mat for bath room, worst room service,

THE NAME APPEARS AS PER GOOGLE IS DIMAR BEACH HOTEL, THE PICTURE AND NAME ON THE PROPERTY IS DIFFERENT FROM DIMAR , IT'S COZY NEST OR SAI RATNA WHICH ONE IS OTHER NAME ON VISITING CARD, THIS MAY BE BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL OR WHENEVER SPOTTED AT 1 ST TIME, WE FAMILY MEMBERS - 3 ADULTS STAYED HERE FOR ONE DAY ON 8/11/25. TO 9/11/25. MORNING 10 DEPARTURE TIME, THE ROOM IS ON THIRD FLOOR, A WELL MAINTAINED,NEAT AND CLEAN, DOUBLE BED WITH EXTRA MATTRESS AC ROOM IS PROVIDED TO US WITH HYGIENE TOILET, 2 SMALL HAND WASHING SOAPS, ELECTRIC GEYSER, IN SUCH A SMALL PROPERTY LIKE THIS WITH A SMALL/ TINY SWIMMING POOL AT BACKSIDE AND TWO CAR PARKING SPACE AT ENTRY-LEVEL WITH AN UNBELIEVABLE LOWEST PRICE, THE LOCATION IS IMP AS CALANGUTE BEACH IS JUST AT WALKING DISTANCE OF 7 MINUTES ONLY, THIS PROPERTY IS 200 MTRS INSIDE FROM MAIN ROAD OPPOSITE TO ADAMO RESORT, ON THE LEFT SIDE LANE BEFORE RBL BANK IF HEADING TOWARDS CALANGUTE BEACH.THE ONLY ISSUE IS OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY WHICH IT APPEARS TO BE DELEBRATELY FROM THE MANAGEMENT SIDE TO SAVE BILLING AMOUNT,RANJIT WHO ALONE MAINLY HANDLES ROOM BOOKING,AND CUSTOMER CARE ALONGWITH OTHER HOUSE KEEPING STAFF

Excellent Stay & Unbeatable Location at Dimar Beach Hotel!
My stay at Dimar Beach Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for amazing value in a prime Goan location.
The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location. Being just a short, 5 min walk to Calangute Beach made our trip incredibly convenient. We loved being able to easily pop back from the beach and having immediate access to all the fantastic local markets, shops, and restaurants right outside the hotel.
Our room, the Standard AC Room, was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we need. The air conditioning worked great, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water/clean towels.
The staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel that truly gives you the best access to the heart of Calangute and the beach, Dimar Beach Hotel is the perfect choice. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book here again!

Value for money hotel. Location is very good. Very near to Calangute Beach, Bus stop is opposite to the Hotel. Parking is just beside the Hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location.The reception/counter staff is friendly and co-operative.The rooms are neat and spacious.Vehicle for sight seeing were also arranged by the hotel. In short our 43 member team enjoyed our stay. Surely I can recommend the hotel to other tourists .

I book my hotel from MMT and they have given me the 1900 rs per day as that hotel is 2 star and there rates are approx 900rs per day. also AC is not working. This is literary SCAM from MMT. As per the experience it is 900 rs per day.

My friends and I had the best experience here. They are one of the best restuarants along the coast. We loved the karaoke night!

Infantaria is famous restaurant and bar in Calangute (3km from Baga). The place is known for its live performance of music by singers. One more thing is you can also dance, making the environment of Infantaria more jolly.
The food however is not impressive. The breakfast menus are limited. Burgers are not yummy, they can improve it to make it to more. The dinner menus are vast, specially non vegetarians dishes.
The lobster we ordered here was really delicious, but the taste of lobster at most places is delicious.
Infantaria is well know for its different cake (for deserts) and they are really tasty.
The service is not slow. The ambiance is normal, not attractive and not mesmerizing. You will find a better sitting arrangement on upper floor than siting at ground floor.
Always keep a cash with you since they don't accept the cards. So overall they don't impress you (you will keep expecting it till the end). I'll give 3 for taste.

Nice place for brunch.

Had one of the most amazing breakfasts ever. We ordered pan cakes and cheese omlet and both were delicious. Highly recommend the place.

This place used to serve really good food but nowadays the quality and service both has deteriorated. We were served very watery coffees and cold food. Really disappointed!

The menu, ambience, food and location is all good. The only issue I felt is the 18% GST plus 5% service charge which is much more as compared to other restaurants. In Goa the GST in restaurants on food is 12% only and in some restaurants even that is not charged.
